My son was gifted a mystery box for his birthday from friends, it was too small so I made contact and the team arranged for an exchange. My son was delighted to receive his replacement and was excited to see what team it would be. He was over the moon when he received a genuine Man U top!

Ordered a top for a child's birthday and received a Rangers jersey. Now staying in Central Scotland where support for either of these teams can be contentious I contacted the Boxd team and they agreed that this was an issue. At the cost of £10 (almost half the value of the strip) I returned it and expressly noted again the teams/leagues I did not want (with one being Italian teams). My replacement order arrived and was a Napoli top....which if my knowledge serves me correctly is Italian 🤯. Not getting anywhere to date with customer service so my honest advice would be to avoid this disinterested company at all costs (unless you are happy getting the tops you have already told them you dont want).

Originally had a box delivered very quickly. Was happy with the quality of items just wanted different teams for my 8 year old. Emailed Matty who was extremely helpful and sent the box back and resent another box. Items are perfect, fast delivery, fantastic customer service will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 3 shirts for my sons birthday and unfortunately 2 of these didn't fit right. I had emailed the company asking for if they could replace them with bigger sizes and we also had more preferences for the shirts- due to receiving one that was similar colours to his rival team, completely our fault. Within 1 minute!! Yes 1 minute of sending this on a Saturday evening at 22:00 I had received a reply from their customer service saying this would not be a problem and confirming the new sizes and amended preferences. After sending them proof of purchase for returning the strips, I am now awaiting the new mysteries to arrive!! Ive used this company a few times now but I will always be ordering from them. It's so refreshing to experience such high level customer service these days! DO NOT GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!! MYSTERY BOXD is the BEST by far!!

I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday but unfortunately got a team that he had been sent previously - had already an away shirt then received the home one. I got in touch to see if we could exchange for another try. Anita dealt with the issue and was absolutely brilliant. There was no problem with arranging a return and a replacement was ordered for dispatch as soon as they received confirmation that the item was on its way back to them. All in all, a little unlucky to receive a duplicate of sorts, but the efficiency and understanding from Anita has made it an even more positive experience. Will 100% by from them again.

After entering a giveaway on their Instagram, and winning, I am very impressed with what was actually in the giveaway box. Not only did I get memorabilia like scarves and pins, i also got proper golf attire, and the clothes are quality. After winning this I am definitely going to purchase from them as I know it will be a quality product. The shipping was also very quick and the company were very friendly when we got in contact. I 100% recommend this mystery box company if you're into your sports.

Good quality and a really fun way of receiving football shirts. An easy exchange policy too which helped us change an unwanted item.

Fast delivery, was very impressed with the products inside the mystery box. It was a birthday present for my son and he was over the moon with the bits he got! I had unfortunately ordered the wrong size but it was so simple to exchange and Matty has been super helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. Such a great idea and a great gift for birthdays/Christmas etc.
