Received an email that my mirror was delivered and when i arrived home....no mirror. I contacted customer service and havent received a call back.

Almost a month, and still no product, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, no communication as to when I will, or if I will receive the product. So to request a review is quite brazen.

Terrible experience. I received my mirror broken which I understand was a shipping issue and I tried contacting the email the company provided me with. It’s been a whole week now since I’ve received the broken mirror and contacted the company and have heard nothing back. I definitely feel I’ve got scammed. Also the mirror was shattered completely so I couldn’t even open the box all the way. I would’ve really liked to send this one back and re-receive another one but honestly the box came all beat up so I doubt it would even be a different outcome.

Got exactly what we wanted. Received regular updates. Delivered ahead of expectations. Thank you!

Worst experience! They first told me they apologized for allowing me to order three Riley mirrors because they only had one. Then they sent two Sabrina floor length mirrors instead. Ok. The Riley showed up with only one screw in the kickstand and it was dangling off, then the two Sabrina’s arrive the next business day shattered and they somehow managed to imply that they were so confused how that happened and they aren’t sending two more, wasn’t even an option. Insanity.

I ordered a gold rimmed mirror and both times received a black rimmed mirror. Returned to get a refund.

The mirror is great! first one arrived broken, but I called their customer service and immediately they sent me another one, and it arrived in perfect conditions!

Do NOT purchase before emailing them and asking if something is in stock. They will allow you to purchase anything online, then send you an email days later telling you they don’t have your item, and will ask you to accept a different item.

The communication with them will take a week to complete, because they are not an American company.

Was looking for a high quality mirror for a bedroom. I looked around Target, Walmart, At Home, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I found Neutypechic through a google search, and I took the risk! Great quality of mirrors, and lots of variety in shapes. I bought a mirror that was out of stock, so Neutypechic's customer service quickly reached out and helped me find a new one. Highly recommend.
