I may update this later, but so far my experience has been awful.
I ordered an oversized mirror in sand grey. The tracking link they gave me for the order said no results found. I emailed them to see why that happened, and I got a response that they were out of that color of the mirror I wanted and asked if I would accept a silver one. WHAT!? How are they gonna be out of the mirror I wanted when I already PLACED THE ORDER. I emailed them back and simply asked when the sand gray would be back in stock. No response. It’s been days now and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Next thing I know I get an email asking me to leave a review. GLADLY!
Also, I just checked their website, which shows the same exact mirror I ordered in sand gray is in stock. What is happening.
