Often on hold for a long time but when…

Often on hold for a long time but when you do get through people and knowldegable and helpful. Car took a long time to come through but understand this is outside the scope of the contact telephone team, but did feel like had to push for updates. Charger instiallation overall was very straightforward and the team were helpful when bits didnt work or neded to be changed.

Keep pestering when dealer is allocated

Fleet solutions process was easy and choice of car was great.
I waited a year with little information and only when I started pestering, did I find out that my car would be another 18 months minimum.
I cancelled that car. The next car came to me only 6 weeks after ordering it.
The process of handover of the car was easy.
As for cost effectiveness. I will have to wait and see what happens to my next wage.

Very smooth application and delivery…

Very smooth application and delivery was good. Communicated throughout and delivered ontime. Delivery driver took time to walk round the car with me. Had a really good experience with fleet solutions and delivery. Would definitely recommend. X

Very good experience

Very good experience, customer service is very good and although I only had one reason to contact them they were great. I have the piece of mind knowing that any issues will be dealt with in an efficient manner.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I had put in an order over a month ago, signed off by line manager and the organisation in about 2 weeks. I was informed today that the discount that had been applied by the manufacturer had been reduced (I am a little sympathetic to this as I appreciate things do change. but that should have been picked up at the very least when my organisation approved the order). However the only option I was given was to place a new order that had to go through all organisational approvals again.

I was not told it had to go through all organisational approvals, just that I needed to accept the new quote placed in my account.

The email should have explained the situation , they should have explained what they would do to address the delay if I did still go ahead and I cannot possibly be the only person something like this has happened to, so I cannot help but feel their should be a better process than starting again.

Amazing cars and deals for public service workers

My car got unfortunately written off 2 weeks before Christmas, it was an absolute nightmare - I wasn't able to get a replacement sorted out until 5th January. But I'm so happy with the replacement it's even better than my previous car and because it's a used car the monthly payments are less. Thank you for a speedy delivery and overall wonderful experience after a nightmare occurence.

I have outstanding experience with NHS fleet solution implemented for our trust.The system is reliable,secure and easy to use for bothe clinical staff and drivers.Support is responsive,on boarding was efficient and the solution has dalivered tangible improvements in vehicle readiness and highly recommended for families alike.

Great new car; communication by phone/email very challenging!

Very happy with new car. Easy to order and quick delivery time. Competitive prices. Delivery of this and handing back old lease car went smoothly. Poor communication in terms of problems getting additional driver added to policy and difficult to contact team by phone/email (long wait on phone and delay ++ in responding to emails).

I see NHS Fleet solutions have a 4.7…

I see NHS Fleet solutions have a 4.7 review rating. I have tried to submit my verified experience and on each occasion this has been rejected. I have provided registration number, contract number and contact email for additional information. I strongly suspect negative reviews for this company are being screened.

I took a vehicle (Audi A6 EV) on the salary sacrifice scheme in January 2026 through my employer and it has been at the dealership for over 6 weeks with numerous electrical faults including a failure of the adaptive cruise control, alarm activating through the night, constant door open message etc. Audi state a software update is required on all A6 EVs but it wont be available until late 2026 at the earliest.

I have tried to reject the car but I am in a constant loop between NHS Fleet Solutions - Athlon (who actuall source the car) and Audi/Audi UK. I have been told I have no consumer rights as it is a salary sacrifice arrangement. Had I have known this I would not have considered this route.

"We have received your response for ticket number: 55276, and we will respond as soon as possible."
