Fast and Flawless
The whole experience was fast and Flawless. I hade made a couple of errors on my application so had to call the helpline a few times, the staff were brilliant and got things sorted straight away. My lovely new car was delivered to my door within 2 weeks. Cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Incredibly misleading advertising and terrible communication
Incredibly misleading advertising on the website regarding delivery dates. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff on the phone when you have legitimate frustrations with the process. No response to emails to senior members of the team running the department. It’s incredibly difficult to get useful information from them.
I ordered a “special offer” vehicle in mid December with information suggesting it was already ordered and likely to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. It arrived in early May.
Order if you don't have any time pressure but be very cautious if you need a vehicle by a specific date as they can essentially keep pushing it back as long as they want with no consequences. If you cancel you’re then liable for a fee!
