Absolute Piece of Sh it
Absolute piece of sh it. Used maybe 10-15 times and the device completely died. Sent videos and photos to support. They won’t do anything about it and rather than try to make it better, attempt to convince you to purchase another. Customer service sucks and the device, the few times it worked properly was weak as sh it. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. Nomisk sucks and they build products designed to die so you have to keep purchasing. F uck Nomisk.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Ordered a product for my pregnant wife so it would arrive on her birthday. A month later still no product. Requested customer service to call me multiple times. They won’t they will just send a email response. Will never do business with nomisk again. I would avoid them

Terrible Turnaround Time
Having seen online that “product ships in 4-5 days”, I assumed I could order the Tuesday before Mother’s Day and it might arrive on time. What they don’t say is that shipping occurs after FULFILLMENT—which took more than an entire month. The Shopify app had my order status as “order placed” for 36 days, during which time I emailed the company multiple times to see what was up. The first response was barely human, stating that the order had been received and would be shipped. A week or so later I emailed again and received a much more personal response, detailing the issues the company had encountered with their ordering system and guaranteeing that my shipment would go out in 24-48 hours. That didn’t happen, and I emailed a third time to get an update with no response. My fourth and final email (the day before my shipment went out) contained a request for a refund and promise that I’d get a similar product from a different supplier. The next day my item was on the way, with no apology or correspondence from Nomisk. Let’s hope the product quality is better than their customer service.
Product is two weeks late

Bought this for my wife, she suffers for bad menstrual cramps. The charge only lasts maybe 15- 20 min before it dies. And the heat setting is very low. Very disappointing for the price. She back to heating up the bean bag in the microwave. I don't recommended this product

I ordered the Maia for Back Pain for my wife and the product broke within 5 months of MILD use. Despite the CLEAR statement on the product page that the product has a 1 year warranty with free replacement, the company REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY and told me that I would just have to buy the product again with a small discount.
I would be incredibly wary of a $100 product that BREAKS IN LESS THAN HALF A YEAR. Also, stating that there is a warranty on a product and then refusing to honor it is SCAMMER behavior and any potential CUSTOMERS SHOULD BEWARE and think twice before giving any money to a company that will blatantly RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS like this. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

This product is trash and customer service is even worse! Would give zero stars if I could. My husband got it for me for Christmas and it barely even worked. Vibration is so weak that it can't even be felt on the skin. My husband contacted customer service who had him to a number of different things to prove it wasn't working. He did all that was asked of him. They told him to throw the product away and they would send a replacement. It has now been almost 3 months since he contacted them and we still haven't received a replacement. I decided to contact them myself and was told that since it was past the 30 day return window, there is nothing they will do about it. This is frustrating since my husband had contacted them well within the initial 30 day window and they didn't send him the replacement like they promised. Shady and dishonest company. Stay as far away as possible. They are crooked.
Worst customer service
Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever received. So bad I almost think it was a scam. One month after receiving, product was defective (wouldn’t charge) so I contacted customer service. This was in January and they said they could send me a replacement mid March when they received more stock (which was weird because their website advertised immediate shipping for new items). I asked multiple times for an update on my new item. Anything - eta, order number, anything. Nothing. Got ghosted. Even reached out from a second email. Initially pleasant customer service but immediately ghosted when I gave my order number. Stay away.
Faulty product not replaced. Legal action next.
My best friend ordered Maia in 2022 as a gift for me. Around 6 months later the product became faulty so this was replaced by Nomisk without question. 6 months after that the replaced item became faulty, and we got in touch with Nomisk to ask for a replacement and we were fobbed off and told they would only give us a 40% discount off a new device as we were now out of warranty (let’s bear in mind both the original and replaced product have not lasted beyond 6 months each time). My requests for a resolution have been ignored and I’ve had no other option to take it further. They do not respond to any of my emails and I feel it is important I highlight my experience as my best friend is now out of pocket by a lot of money with a product that doesn’t work as intended. I’m pretty sure we have some rights here. No option but to go the legal route now as they are refusing to engage with us despite several emails.

First I order the product 9.2.24. It was supposed to be a valentines gift. 13.2.24 i recieve am email telling me the product has been lost, and asking if I wanted another. I railed that I wanted a refund. Nomisk tells me that the money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. I go onto Amazon and buy the same product for a third of the price.
About a week later I get a letter in the mail to pick my package up at DHL. I am told I have to pay import taxes, and 6 eyros because my product couldnt be delivered. That cost me 30 Euros. When I open the package, it is the missing one.
I write Nomisk about this, that I want the product returned and my money was never refunded. Today, a month later they still never answered. I made a complaint by Paypal. Paypal tells me they have a week to answer Paypals email. They don't. Luckely Paypal refunded my money,
Keep your fingers away from this place!

Massage for pain in your back for period/pregnancy
My beautiful partner had purchased this item for my back pains while pregnant although this isn’t design for women whom are pregnant especially if you are the ones that carry a lot of water weight being pregnant. This item just made me feel like how I thought a whale. I am normally a size 12 this didn’t fit my body at all especially while I was pregnant going into size 14/16 clothing
