Took the lights along on a coastal trip and they handled wind and moisture without any problems. That was reassuring, especially given how unpredictable the weather was.

I tend to stick with brands that do not over complicate things, this one clearly focuses on function first which I appreciate, it feels like gear made to be used, not babied!

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from Nordspur! I had been looking for a 2-in-1 running shorts and running tights for a while, when I came across Nordspur via a search engine. The website looks great, the items look great. However, the dispatch and delivery speeds are painfully slow, as the items are shipped from China. When the running gear eventually arrived, it looked cheap, and I found wearing it uncomfortable. There is no Nordspur branding on the items at all, which makes me suspect these running shorts/tights are probably made for other companies too. Given the reviews from others, I couldn't even be bothered to return them. No doubt Nordspur will give a one line response to this review, just like the other critical reviews, along the lines of "sorry, we will look into this.".

Thieves simple. Do not buy anything will not turn up. And then they want to give you half the money back. Thieves

Items took a very long time to arrive. Quality was poor and when I tried to return I was advised to return to an address in china at my expense. The website clearly states that returns are to the Netherlands!!
Will not be buying from this company again.

The string lights give off enough light to be useful without being harsh or blinding. It’s a small thing but it makes them much more practical.

First they are a china based company saying they are uk based. They lie about despatching orders when they have not. Any returns you have to pay to send back to China. I have been waiting three weeks so far for order.
I suspect now when I can my order it would probably be as much use as a toy in a Christmas cracker.
Avoid these Chinese lieing thieves at all costs.

Unfortunately I searched for the company after I’d placed the order and that was a big mistake on my part. Yes, the items arrived, albeit after after Christmas but the quality is shocking at best and the colour does not match the website at all. I’ll be claiming a refund through credit card if I don’t get a refund directly. Avoid at all costs

Awful. Ordered gloves well before Christmas and they arrived on the 29th December. They were such poor quality so I asked for a refund and they offered me a 30% instant refund. Supplied from China so take an age to arrive.

Don’t be fooled by this company website. Like another reviewer I thought I was buying a good quality top but in fact it is really poor quality and they sent wrong colour. Diabolical customer service so they’ve got what they want. My money. I’ve no energy left to keep emailing them. Trading Standards needs to take a look at their business practices

As per the other reviews, I thought it was ordering a quality item from a hiking company. Turns out this is actually poor quality items shipped from China. The shipping indicates it will be with you rapidly, but actually it takes weeks. Item itself isn't worth buying. Cant have a refund. Just avoid. Wish I had checked the reviews first as ive been conned for Christmas.

According to the tracking link, the item never left China. The customer service number was a fake. Emails were replied to, but never addressed my request for a refund - presumably written by AI. Don't go near this website.
Update - I did get a refund in then end, but only after waiting a month, and writing several emails quoting UK consumer law. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Absolutely shocking. The 'Nordic' website is a facade as its all shipped from China. The jacket took weeks to arrive. I ordered 2XL. Honestly it was more like a medium. The cuffs were almost at my elbows. They won't give me a refund. They just keep messaging offering me a 20% refund to walk away. The other option is to send it back to China at my own expense. Nothing but 100% lies, deception and BS! Cannot wait to see what BS response they post but I know it'll be disingenuous! Total scam!
