I recently went through a mortgage application with a mortgage specialist at Octopus Wealth.
It was the most painless process I have ever been through, all the hard lifting was done by them and the service they provided was nothing short of first class.
I thought, with my current mortgage, I had no options but having spoken to Ben, he clearly laid out what was available to me. After a series of really friendly and informative meetings, I had an offer on a house accepted and the mortgage offer in place really quickly. The new rate is better than what I currently have and I could not have done this without their help.
