Sharp Practice

My renewal went up by 30% based on the same details. When I gave notice not to renew the price miraculously dropped to exactly match the best price I had found.

Dealt with Tyler,I had a renewal quote for the car but had a cheaper quote from another firm.
He managed to get my car renewal very close to the other one I had and was really helpful throughout. Happy as I prefer dealing with the same firm if possible so you don't have to go through all the questions a new company ask you. Thanks Tyler,

First of all LB5 was most helpful with…

First of all LB5 was most helpful with all of my requests and questions. However I was extremely unhappy that the company could not switch my new vehicle onto my existing policy and said I had to cancel it and set up a new one. They then told me I would not be eligable for any refund with 4 months of the policy to run. Very disappointed

Generally a good experience

Although I initially had problems using the links in the e mails. I found a way by clicking on the One Click Logo. I then had an issue with my proof of NCB uploading but this was rectified by a very helpful person called Sienna on the live chat.

Finally an insurance company that has everything as standard for a great price. The web app allows for quick and easy access to your documents and policy information. Customer support can be accessed via a phone call, yes a real person to talk to or via online chat, which is super fast.
Adam who I chatted to was pleasant, knowledgeable and swift in dealing with my enquiry.

Expensive quote and expensive to change.

Initial quote was expensive,needed cover in a hurry.Initial payment high,cancelling took a long time,had to divulge detail of cheaper offer.Cost £100 for one weeks cover. No breakdown of cost given at time of cancellation,and unable to find detail on portal.Feels like sharp practice.
