I took out car insurance a month prior…
I took out car insurance a month prior in advance and forgot to log into the account as suggested. The website had a major update which must have errored my link. I got in contact with an agent and they helped me sort out the error. Thank you Kirsten for making it pain free.
Crap
Crap. They took my money money but failed to send any documents. Chased for them, but nothing. But they asked for a review , so here it is. Crap.
Online chat v good
Online chat with c14 was very satisfactory. He answered all my queries quickly and clearly so I renewed there and then, having been quoted a good price by him.
Not brilliant
Wanted to add another motorbike to my policy, apparently they don't do multi bike, surely if you're a broker you have access to all policies! Insurance is becoming a joke. The person I chatted with on chat, didn't seem remotely interested.

I eventually used the chat line, to not renew my policy. Age related, and not just the Vehicle.

I've received my invitation to renew
I've received my invitation to renew, and to be fair, the price is good. I've had to wait in a queue to speak to someone though, as their email that informs me of an "invite to renew" only contains a link that shows my current policy. The renewal isn't actually due 3½ weeks, so I won't be paying to renew until at least the 1st of next month, but I seems there's no link to the renewal offer, and on the day I wish to pay to renew, I'll have to queue up to have a text message conversation again.. Price good, just too much hassle. Oh, and auto renew is very sneaky (only found out about that today during our text chat).. That will probably be the reason I choose to pay an extra £14 with a competitor.. I just feel auto renewal is very sneakily added, and they could easily just send an email reminder instead

Contacted them 5 times now really not happy, all I want is an update on my home existing claim, which I submitted 9th March heard nothing at all. Tried to access portal it was saying my details were wrong. 1st chat advisor gave me a number to call its the new claims only line it states this at beginning of call and yes I have been through all the options, all for new claims only. 2nd chat advisor said she would send me link and that would log me straight in portal, she checked my details said they were all correct- never received link. 3rd chat advisor sent me link logged in, but when I clicked on link, it asked me to log in again then said my details were wrong again. 4th chat advisor sent me link again same thing happened again Tried 3 times, then he gave me same new claims telephone number again. Then filled in complaints form only to get a reply saying i have contacted wrong company from one click. My policy is one click my direct debit is one click so how the hell have i contacted wrong company when your email reply says one click. Sorry but im on cancer medication which makes me nauseous and tired most days and this is really stressing me out im going around in circles when all I want is an update on my claim
