Packaging and products were excellent. Shipping took over a month. Appears the package was delayed in customs on US side.

I placed my order on 2/24 and have not yet received it. There have been no tracking updates posted since 2/27. Customer service advised they cannot give me any updates on when I can hope to get it. I know there are issues beyond anyone’s control at the moment, but that has really only been in the last week or so.

Took over two weeks to receive my formula, I ended up purchasing from another company as that is too long for a hungry baby and when I reached out to customer service via email for a refund Rod responded unapologetic, calling me another customers name, was short and felt cold. I replied and said I wasn’t the woman he had called me and never received or signed for a package. That next day the formula finally arrived and he responded to me saying “that obviously was meant for another customer, yours arrived today” again no apology for the delay or mix up. I ended up ordering from organic baby shop and received my milk within a few days. I rarely ever write a bad review and tend to be understanding about most things however poor customer service speaks volumes for a company.

Quick and efficient ordering

Shipping took over a month. Not reliable enough to use as a regular source for our formula.

Formula arrived 22 days after order was placed. I was told 7-14 days transit. Not timely on a perishable product. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again from this shop.

I ordered the Holle milk in 1/11/2020. It didn’t arrive for another 2 weeks or more. I had to order form three different companies to try and get milk for my daughter before she ran out. Well, that didn’t work.

The reason I did not give a 5 stars review is because unlike the first order I made, the second order was not packaged properly with bubble wrap. Due to the handling of the package during the shipping process, most of the 6 tins of formula that I ordered were dented. This is unacceptable when you are shipping a produced overseas. Please start wrapping all of your products with bubble wrap prior to shipping.

Took over 2 weeks to get the formula. I’ve used other companies and have gotten it (for the same price) in 4 days.

Took way too long to receive...a couple weeks at least.....no notification a signature was needed and wasn't available on the tracking info. Better off paying domestic pricing if you are on a schedule....

Received on time, no damage in the merchandise, no emails, calls, or follow up were needed. Excellent service, better the product.

Very fast shipping and good customer service

I was told the order would arrive in 7 -14 days. It arrived in 20 days. Then one of the two bags was busted and therefore can't be used. I would suggest you don't ship to the U.S.

Bad service! No delivery! No refund! Horrible company! Run away run away!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order a month ago and have yet to receive my package. When I have contacted customer service, they just keep telling me it hasn't cleared customs. There are plenty of other companies who sell the same formula and deliver much faster.
