Wasn’t aware I had to be present for delivery

I needed the formula badly and I expected to come under a week... but it came over a week later. And they don’t give you the exact way to track your package. I tried to find the package but instead I was told in French that it was going back. Please be clear about tracking shipments.

Amazing formula that gives babies exactly what they need and nothing else unlike all the American formulas. I used this formula for my now 6 year old and 3 year old and now using it for are newest addition currently 4 months. Shipping to the USA is also quick!

Compant does not package formula well for shipment. Mine arrived with two large dents in the can and do not feel comfortable feeding to my infant as toxins are possible.
Edit: Company responded promptly to concern and offered return label/refund. Explained product is made of organic material (unlike most US formula cans that I am accustomed to) and that dented cans are safe to consume. Changed to 4 stars. I still feel their packaging could be better. Was 1 small deflated piece of plastic on one side of the can no other packing material.

I ordered formula on October 23rd. It is now November 13th and I still have not yet received the package and the online transit doesn't help me decipher where it is. Not sure if I'll ever receive it. In fairness I reached out to customer service today and have not yet heard back so perhaps they'll remedy the situation or provide clarity as to where it is.

Came in perfect condition. Shipping took a while, but considering it’s coming to another country I was prepared for that.

It took a couple of weeks for the product to arrive and it was difficult to find the contact information to make inquiries.

I liked the discount I got when ordering the formula the only negative is it took longer than the estimate I was given so I would suggest to plan more time than needed when ording from this company

Excellent. Arrived as expected.

Product as expected. Cans did come dented but they took a long trip so I’m not stressin.

I was told that the formulas would not go through any X rays when shipped to me. However, they were. The customer service rep was very responsive and shipped out another order. However they went through the X Ray again. Apparently I’m the only customer that this has happened to. Overall experience is not good, except the customer service rep who tried to help me.

Responses to emails is prompt, however, shipments take too long.

Ordered 24 Pack HiPP Dutch Stage 2 900g for our twins on a Tuesday and were happily surprised to receive the (heavy) package on Saturday of the same week in NYC! 2 boxes were dented but not opened so overall very well packaged considering how bad packages are typically handled.

Great customer service, but takes forever to receive shipment, and most of my tins of formula were dented pretty good.

Been waiting for weeks for the formula am all out, very disappointed.

I never received my order and am currently waiting for my credit card to be refunded. I ordered the formula on 8/15 and it is now 9/6. I had to buy formula elsewhere because my baby had no food.
