They do not have a clue what they are talking about. Unless it’s for a cover on your screen. I told them one of my speakers wasn’t working on my phone they said oky we will clean it out it will take 20 mins so I came back and they told me it wasn’t a speaker. Don’t have a clue! Trying to tell me that o had no speaker and they didn’t even attempt to take my phone case off! Waste of time.

Really great experience with Pair. My phone wasn't recognising my sim card and had a broken piece in the slot. The technician repaired the slot and found a software issue that was the real problem. They didn't charge me for the fix. My father had the same experience last year with his iPhone and the same kindness extended to him. Highly recommend.

Great service. Very clear communication and quick but quality service. I got my screen fixed here over a year ago and has been perfexr ever since.

Today the PAIR technician efficiently and quickly applied a new screen protector, gave me advice about my cardholder and replaced my phone cover. I have always found this PAIR shop to be excellent, and this particular technician to be very accommodating and efficient and very very nice. Another good experience at this PAIR shop.

Employing a no refund policy on goods that are unused and unopened, returned within a week with a receipt is antiquated and outdated. It’s anti consumer and should not be in place in 2023 in any retail practise. Shameful behaviour.

Went in for a quick repair for my iPhone, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Sent my phone in for repair whilst I was walking around shopping and it was repaired by the time I finished, quick and easy. Highly recommend.
