We recently called out a pest control technician from this company to remove a wasp nest from our garden. Anthony was extremely professional, friendly, and put us at ease straight away. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which gave us complete confidence in the treatment. His knowledge and expertise were obvious, and he carried out the work efficiently and safely.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing pest control services. We will definitely use him again for any future pest control issues. An excellent service from a genuinely knowledgeable and approachable professional.

Artur arrived on time and soon sussed out that we still had a rat infestation problem although the bait had not been taken in the loft. He advised that a non-return valve should be fitted in the drain outside to prevent any future rat incursions from the sewer into the loft. The bait left in the drain had been taken and he re-baited it. He will return in 2-3 weeks time to check but in the meantime if we have any further concerns we should contact JG Pest Control. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

He also put my mind at rest, which was important to me. Thomas carried out his job professionally and messaged us to let us know when he had finished, giving us a time when it would be safe for us to return.
