Loft clearance and cleaning survey. Punctual, polite and helpful, informed enroute. Wore protective foot coverings.

Contacted via their website to arrange a treatment for a business and spoke with Ryan who was extremely helpful during the process. He explained what they'd do and that they were able to attend as soon as next day. When booked we received a confirmation with a time slot and the exterminator (Martyn) arrived well within this slot and was helpful and friendly. He explained the process of the treatment with expertise and provided helpful advice for the treated area/etc. - highly recommend!

The gentlemen who came wwere both punctual, pleasant and efficient.

Poor chap had a very long day, but was extremely good, and advised us that he would come back with in 7 days if the nest was still active.

Aaron the engineer that attended was very kind and reassuring. The lady that booked us (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) also wonderful and quick to book us in due to an upcoming surgery with a long recovery time. All information was provided upfront and supportive post treatment advice was provided.

Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable, coming out the same day to treat the house for a bedbug infestation. He gave brilliant advice and we are feeling super grateful! He even helped the build up of flies we had with living on farmland. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Ant Problem
I phoned The Pest Control Co on Friday, 26th June 2026.
They came to deal with an ant problem the next day. They were very efficient and kept me informed of the time they would be with us. The Pest Controller dealt with the problem and assured me that the job is guaranteed and that they would return if we still had a problem up to 4 months afterwards.
