DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR AUTOSHIP! DO NOT USE AUTOSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! We purchased Seresto for our 6 dogs 7 months ago and then promptly returned it before using after reading warning label. Yesterday our credit card was charged $328.43 because PetCareRx decided to autoship us 6 Seresto collars without our permission. There was absolutely no email sent to manage the autoship in email or spam. If there had been we would have at least changed the quantity as 2 of our dogs have passed away and we would not need 6 collars anyway. But, why would a product we returned still be on autoship anyway? This company charged our credit card, shipped the product then sent an email stating it has been shipped. And, supposedly we will receive a credit once we receive the product, take it to UPS, they process the return and issue us a check all while our $328 is tied up through no fault of our own for WEEKS!

It was all due to Peggie Barron-Pauldo. She was so professional, informative and answered most question before ask. Like she was reading me mine. She is truly an asset and I hope she picks up phone next time I call.

I called to update my account, and spoke to Michele in the Pet Plus department. She provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, polite, and courteous. Resolved everything I called about. It's always exciting to experience outstanding customer service, because it's rarely received or practiced anymore. She's my VIP. Great Job, Michele!

Jazmin quickly provided me with the answers to all of my questions and was a perfect customer service representative! PetCareRx is the best in ALL ways!!!

When I couldn't enter my vet's info the Chat responded very quickly. He had Peggie call me and she was outstanding. She took all my information and also gave me a "deal". Not only was she quick, but she was most pleasant to speak with. A rarity these days.

Miles saved me $$$ by explaining the ins/outs of the bonus points.

Is there only one customer service agent? Miles is terrible and has no compassion. He is not helpful at all and I am surprised he is even working in a customer service role. Please consider getting more customer service representatives with experience and compassion. The agents at 1800petmeds are much better and go above and beyond for the customers. I don't know what is going on with petcarerx

The staff is always so nice and they wish my pups happy birthday if its near and always ask how they are. Thanks for all your great service.

I had an issue with the call back to call order and so I called customer service and the person I spoke with was wonderful! She was so friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed my time ordering!
