Awful and shady
This letting agency is truly awful. They come across as untrustworthy, and I wouldn't advise anyone to engage with them. They failed to ensure that the previous tenants vacated the property and, despite having me sign a contract, pay rent and a deposit, they ultimately denied me entry.
Initially, everything appeared to be going smoothly. I signed the contract, submitted a deposit, and paid the first month's rent. I even arranged for a van to transport all my furniture and belongings, as everything seemed confirmed. However, approximately two weeks prior to my move-in date, I received a call from Peter, informing me that I could not move in as the existing tenants had not yet vacated the property. It became apparent that the agency had not adequately ensured the previous tenants' departure, despite having accepted substantial sums in rent and deposits from me.
Now, with my move-in date only two days away, they are refusing to compensate me for the expenses I incurred while arranging the move. Furthermore, they have repeatedly claimed that the contract lacks legal validity since it wasn't signed by the landlord, even though they accepted substantial deposits and rent payments from me.

Dear Hayder, this is an awful situation and again, I’m so sorry that this has happened. As explained on our various telephone calls, we approached the current tenants 3.5 months before the end of their tenancy offering them a renewal of their tenancy. They advised that they did not wish to renew their tenancy and would be moving out at the end of the tenancy. For completeness, we served the necessary legal notices requiring possession of the property at the end of their tenancy and then, and only then, we advertised the property as being available to let. When your (in principle) offer was accepted by the landlord, we notified the tenants that there were new tenants due to move into the apartment directly after their tenancy had ended. Only recently, the tenants contacted us to say that in fact they would not be leaving as they had not found anywhere to go. Naturally, I reminded them that we had served notice requiring possession of the property and you were due to move in within a few days of the expiry of the notice. I contacted you immediately and we stayed in regular contact over the next couple of weeks whilst we did everything that we could to try and do something to help lessen this terrible situation, including contacting our entire landlord database of similar properties and also trying to find a short term let for you. I think we did come up with a couple of options but note that they were not suitable for you. All that we could then do was return all monies paid, which we did very swiftly.
Hayder, you were a pleasure to deal with and we were looking forward to having you on board with us. Once again, this is an awful situation, and I’m so very sorry that these tenants have refused to leave the property, and for the terrible problems that this has no doubt caused for you. I do hope that you have or will manage to make alternative arrangements and I wish you the very best.

Avoid at all costs
I would urge extreme caution to anyone considering engaging with this firm. The team consistently broke their word as we were wrapping up a tenancy and overcharged us by ~£2k in bogus circumstances, deducting the vast majority of our deposit. It was a truly horrid and stressful experience.
Based on the experience, one can only conclude that their primary concern is to make a quick buck. I would not rent property through this company, nor would I recommend any of my friends to do so.

The worst agency I've ever dealt with. The agent was lazy, extremely arrogant and not helpful at all. He constantly interrupted me during the phone call and at the end just hang up. Very unprofessional.
