When requesting information, it was met with generalisation. I had to further prompt to get a further response.

Further, I was charged inappropriate excesses, when it was made clear by my vet that all of the visits, save for one, were related to one condition. Despite this, it was met with deaf ears, and no assistance.

Less than impressed, given I have both of my dogs insured, and your assistance was substandard.

UPDATE: As a result of this review, I was contacted promptly by PIA and advised they had revised my claim. I found the person I spoke to, to be helpful, and I was appreciative of such review. This has resolved my concern, and I am hopeful that future claims will be dealt with appropriately.

If Premium can be keep lower would be even better

Easy to claim, payment made very quickly. Competitive premiums.

Communication is slow, especially during the first claim process when case notes are required. It was very frustrating to find out why what I had submitted was not enough. However, once that hurdle was overcome, every claim has been processed fast and without any hassle. I have made four claims for two dogs and I have been very impressed. Having insurance has been an enormous relief.

Submitting our first claim was quick and easy, it was actioned extremely quickly!

My premiums for a 10 year old dog are far too high but PIA pays claims very quickly and efficiently.

I have had my dog insured with PIA for the last 7 years (since he was a puppy) and am grateful everyday! that I had him insured. He is one of those dogs that is constantly at the vet!!! and without pet insurance I would be well and truly broke. The claiming process is simple, effortless actually, I have never had any issues and they pay back 80% straight into your account within days. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell all my friends about them, strangers and vet staff and have had many friends sign up their precious pooches too and they are also thrilled. This company is definitely one of a kind. I will be insuring my future pets with them with absolutely no hesitation.

Pet Insurance are total champions. We couldn’t have managed without their support with unexpected injuries and surgery. Awesome insurance company.

Terrible customer service.take too long to process claims and you have to resort to placing negative reviews on Facebook before any action is taken

I have been very happy with Pet Insurance, the only time I have had a hold up was when my Vet's handwriting was unreadable. No other problems and would recommend to others looking for pet insurance.

Have been with them for 9 years now for my bullies and never had an issue or complaint.

Fed up with fighting you for claims for one of my dogs..You don't listen to reason or logic and are too happy to throw all incidents into one basket especially if you can find a way to connect to all things skin...
