I would recommend Pet Insurance Australia.
They are very easy and straight forward to use and the payments are processed in a timely manner.

Unfortunately my issue with not being able to logon via the SelfService Portal was not attended to. I first tried via phone call and after some 45 minutes unsuccessfully I might add I was then responded to via an email which also did not work. I am unable to access Self Service or lodge claims

PIA has been terrific with Bella's policy, they have covered everything I expected them to and the refunds have been paid promptly

Pet Insurance Australia have been very good throughout the many claims that we have needed to submit with our dog, from operations on her legs to now undergoing ongoing treatment for cancer. We can’t fault anything & it is great to have the financial worry taken away from what would have been a very expensive treatment plan. I can’t recommend them enough!

The service is very good, the people on the end of the phone always helpful. I have never had any problems with my claims.
My only criticism is PIA still use snail mail for communications when it would be much easier and quicker to send an email if there are any questions about a claim. Also the website has the claim number up but you cannot get any further information on the progress of the claim.

Generally easy to use for Pet Health treatment. however some items have capped amounts these days and with a pet with chronic allergies it means greater cost I am having to payout.

Having used another pet insurance provider before PIA, the 2 are night and day. PIA is extremely easy to use, submit claims online and the commutation you receive is very good. I even recommended PIA to my Vet I rate them so highly. Never any issues with rejected claims unlike my previous provider. 11/10

Relatively quick payments when most needed! Immediate SMS to say they've received the claim but slow communication to say it has been paid - it just appears in your account one day. A little hiccup with having to resend a history that had already been sent but this was minor.

Excellent claim process all done through our vet so was a double bonus for me so easy and money paid into our account within no time at all.

We sadly had to make a claim as milo our dog was unwell- very simple to process claim online,

Prompt service. I would highly recommend Pet Insurance Australia as my recent claims have been paid within 2 days of lodging them online.

Taking too long to process ‘expensive’ claims despite having an accepted pre-authorisation. When the claim is initially rejected, a letter is sent by post with little to no explanation for the reason. I make a call and informed they require more info. Why can’t that be a phone call?! This delays the process by weeks!
