Jenni & the team are incredible! They put in so much time and effort all whilst being empathetic and understanding at such a difficult time. They helped us rehome our two pups to the best homes for each of them and they were perfectly aligned to what they needed individually. Both are thriving in their new homes and i'm still in contact with both new pup parents. Would highly recommend Pet Rehomer to anyone who wants to rehome their well loved pets from home to home rather than through kennels/catteries etc. The process is seamless and you're supported from start to finish! We had a fantastic experience adopting our dog through PetRehomer. The whole process was really supportive from start to finish. There was a bit of an initial wait, but once things got moving, everything progressed quickly and smoothly.

We were able to communicate directly with the previous owner, exchange information, and make sure it was a good match before going ahead. The virtual home visit was simple and straightforward too.

I was very impressed with this company.They found the perfect family for our beautiful german shepherd luna, a home where she will live her fullest, most happiest life. I trust in my heart. These are the right people for luna.Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, we couldn't keep her the day We let her go, broke my heart, but at the same time, I knew that she would be going to the right place with the right family, and that is THANKS to petrehomers.

PetRehomer was brilliant from start to finish. When our much loved elderly Bengal died and we wanted to adopt an adult Bengal in need of a home, our starting point was the Bengal Cat Club Welfare and Rehoming section which uses PetRehomer.
Jenni and team at PetRehomer were very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. They have a system in place designed to find the best match between cat and adopters. They looked at our experience with the breed, the type of home and settling we could offer and the particular cat's needs. The system certainly worked for us, as we now have the adorable 7 year old Pepe ruling our house and garden and exploring the fields behind. During the process, we felt that Jenni at PetRehomer, the previous owner and ourselves worked together as friends with a common goal.
