A heartbreaking decision made much easier by a friendly approachable service. They found us the most amazing couple to home our dog with and although we're still sad a year on we couldn't be happier with where he is now. He's getting all of the love and attention he deserves. Jenni made the process very personal and I couldn't recommend using this service more if you ever find yourself in a similar position.

Petrehomer are amazing if you are looking for a new pet.
They will hold your hand at every stage of the process from start to finish and beyond.
They make absolutely sure you are the right fit, I cannot recommend them enough.
Without them I would never have found my new best friend.
They gave me my life back when Otto came to live with us, I found myself lost when my collie I had from a pup died suddenly at only 7. Now new adventures have been resumed and I cant thank them enough.

We reluctantly had to rehome our dog. We were not going to put in kennels for rehoming , and after brief search we found petrehomer . There was a very thorough procedure in order for them to show your pet.
Once accepted, our dog was shown on the website. In a very short time we had someone interested and the vetting began by petrehomer.
If I could have created an image of the person seeking our dog, then this lady would be it. We video chatted and in a very short time, we had a personal meeting with the adopting lady and we let our dog go.
It was emotional, but we all agreed that it was for the best.

Can’t fault the service. Very professional. Plenty of support. At no point did we feel we were doing something wrong by rehoming our dog. Even though we felt awful.
It all happened very quickly, which was a shock. We are so pleased our dog had gone to a lovely lady who was vetted by the organisation.
We have done the right thing for our dog. Even though we miss her.
Would highly recommend the site to rehome your pet.

I recently had to put my lovely boy up for rehoming. My life and my work were no longer compatible with having a dog, and that meant the companionship, exercise, and training he deserved were rapidly declining. With all of this in mind, I knew I had to find him a good home so that he could live a full and happy life.

This charity and the team behind it—I can't stress enough—are AMAZING. They supported me, never judged me, and were with me 100% of the way from day one. Whenever I had fears or doubts about the process, they reassured me. As for the family they found for my boy, I have no doubt in my mind that he will be incredibly well looked after and loved.

From WhatsApp groups where we could share videos and pictures with each other, to meeting in person before any major decisions had to be made, it was simply a brilliant process, especially considering how difficult this experience is. No amount of words will ever take away the pain, but they made it as manageable as it could possibly be.

I hope this has given you some peace of mind. If you do have to go through this process, have faith in this charity—they are truly amazing. I am incredibly grateful that I found them. They made the whole journey manageable, and even now, after everything, they still message me to check on my welfare and make sure I'm genuinely doing okay.

This is a fantastic website for rehoming pets. The website is easy to use and information on each pet is readily available. The information is also truthful regarding each pet so you are aware of any negatives before adopting. The staff are amazing in particular Jenni. Always on hand to answer messages and to help. They are there with you every step of the adoption journey assisting and ensuring the whole process goes smoothly. They offer guidance and advice at all times. Highly recommend using this site if you are looking for a new fur baby

We adopted a 4 year old cross through the website and it was straightforward and good to meet her previous owners and understand her circumstances. We adipted our lovely dog a couple of months ago. What was an exciting event for us was a painful.time for the person having to re-home their pet. It felt to us as if the whole situation was kindly done and with no need for the dog to go in a shelter. I also felt that the profile details for the animals were honest and non judgemental and the team would give support if we had needed it.

PetRehomer is an extremely efficient process. It's the second time I have adopted from them and on both occasions I found the staff helpful and patient. They will certainly be my first choice if adopting a pet again.

Our last cat had recently passed away and our home isn’t a home without cats, we always got our cars from charities but Pet Rehomer had come up on my Facebook page a while ago, so I looked into what was near me and amazingly 2 cats were advertised (we like to get 2 together)
The process couldn’t have been easier, you create your profile for owners to see if they think you’re suitable, so it’s a good idea to tell them as much as possible.
Our interest was then registered and once the owner wanted to proceed a home visit/interview was completed via zoom.
Once that was approved a WhatsApp group was set up with the owner, adopter and a member of the charity, we were then able to arrange a visit.
Once meeting them we knew they were the cats for us and we arranged a date to collect them.
The WhatsApp group continued as we had a few questions we wanted to ask about them, that was very much appreciated.
We are so pleased we found pet Rehomer and even though we haven’t had them long they feel part of our family already.

Company was very clear with communication. They were thorough with home checks of adopters which put me at ease that my fur babies were going to someone who would love and care for them. They then put us in a chat and I met the lady and wow! She was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to take ownership of my boys. And it’s all thanks to pet rehomer. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

We had to make the very difficult decision to re-home our dog. Our main priority was finding a lovely new home and thankfully we found Petrehomer. Very helpful if you need to rehome an animal. They find suitable pet parents and put you in touch with them. Ive found this a very pleasant process.

We had been trying to find a cat to adopt for some time. We needed an indoor cat and every shelter we applied to said they don't re-home to indoors only. We felt at a loss and didn't want to buy a cat via Facebook or the like.
I eventually found Pet Rehomer and applied for a lovely cat.
