Purchased an iPhone 6s 128gb excellent grade got sent an iPhone 7 which at seemed ok but screen was defective answered first email five days later saying need pictures before sending out a return label,label never sent never replied to any other email I sent now stuck with defective phone terrible customer service buyers beware as this seems to be a constant with this company

The delivery is fast and speedy but the only downfall I had was they promise a screen protector with every order and I never received one, I emailed them but never once got a reply.

Fast dispatch and brilliant phone. A lot Better quality than expected for the price.

I had already written a review on this company as 1 star the reason I did was because I’d purchased a mobile and 1 week had passed with no mobile being sent and with what was advertised on their website I thought it was good service they was providing I could understand with covid so I waited then few more days went by I thought I’d try email and then phone I’d had no reply I was worried I’d been robbed for the money it was 2 weeks when I final got a delivery as it so early days to review the phone so far it’s great condition and was in bubble wrap with a charger and wire i did final get an email from the company with an apology and I appreciate that if your thinking of going with phone source just be aware of having to wait some time for delivery

Phone source have rectified the incorrect phone sent to us from a 32gb iPhone to a 128gb, Happy with the new device. Took some time to get back to me but all resolved and happy customers

I purchased an Iphone X in November for my wife's Christmas present. Everything was fine, but the sound quality on phone calls was poor.

Contacted Source, who said that I could return for repair or refund, they would send a prepaid label. I posted it Monday morning, email confirmation they had received on Tuesday and repaired back on Wednesday - amazing service appreciate Royal Mail did their part as well.

Cannot fault the service only applaud. Have bought two Iphones from them over the past twelve months would certainly not think of going anywhere else.

Usually go into a store for our phones but couldn’t get the one I wanted. Went online and ordered an iPhone 8plus from Phone Source as a last minute Christmas present. Easy to order from and good price. The phone arrived earlier than expected in great condition with screensavers as extras. Once we open the box we had a note inside to say they didn’t have the 64 GB we ordered so they had sent us a 256GB at no extra cost. So grateful for the excellent service. Will definitely be using them again for our next phones.Thank you

Ordered my phone, nothing in a week, started to panic. Spoke to the company via chat and email, received a call explaing that UPS had delivered it to my local pick up point 5 days ago, the store had it with no way of contacting me, phone source were very helpful and the phone is in great condition

I usually buy my phones from eBay but I thought I’d give these guys a try as they were the cheapest and had good reviews. I’m glad I chose to use them.

My phone broke a week ago and I didn’t want to repair it due to the cost. I was told about Phone Source as a friend had used them in the past. Really happy with my new phone and it’s got a screen protector so fingers crossed i don’t break this one!
