The phone was in better condition than I expected. There was a slight issue with the screen protector but they sent another one out for me straight away. More than happy to use again.

Great service - I ordered my phone online using the same day delivery option - it arrived by 7PM on the same day. On first impressions the phone is in excellent condition plus the 1 year warranty was great for peace of mind.

What should I do now?? I've ordered a phone on this site but nobody replied by email and all contacts! By their phone numbers all I can hear is a voicemail! How can I get my money back??

You will need to be extremely patient if you have a problem. I sent my phone back for repair under warranty and was emailed to say it would be sent straight back within 2 days. 2 weeks later and still no phone. No one replies to emails and the 4 phone numbers they have all go to answer machine-even the sales number! Haha.
I only got my phone back when I raised a complaint with my card company.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a phone online, immediate email acknowledgment, but then nothing. Their landline goes straight to voicemail despite trying over a number of days, their landlords say they’re still in the building but won’t respond to their internal telephone calls. Won’t respond to emails either. Thankfully credit card company helpful and cancelled transaction.

Excellent service and more than happy with the iPhone X especially considering the price I paid for it. If need arises in the future I would definitely use these guys again!
