Absolutely horrible experience. Initial order never arrived and it took days and multiple emails to finally receive and email saying I will receive a replacement. There was no phone number provided to call despite requesting it many times and just requesting for a refund or replacement was like pulling teeth. Never again will I order from plants.com again.

Ordered Lemon tree from Plants.com. The tree came on time, securely packed in great condition and nice recyclable pot. The tree is now happily replanted and doing well. Great price as well.

1st plant did not arrive which was replaced by a new plant. Thank you for that. But the second plant arrived was damaged.

Both plants I got from Plants.com were FULL of fungus gnats. I spent a week eradicating them, and they still ended up getting into my other plants.

The pots themselves are junky. The plants aren’t very healthy. It was a bad experience all around.

It was delivered on time and looked ok, but it was really small considering what I paid for it. I expected it to be about twice the size it was.

Ordered it for my aunt who lives out of state. It arrived on time and was beautiful! She loves her plant!

I must say, I was very disappointed with the gardenia you sent me. It has no buds, just leaves, and a gardenia is renowned for the scent of the flowers! Also, it was in a tiny pot, and really root bound. I have repotted it in a nice larger pot and I'm hoping it will come into flower at some point. But for now it's just a green plant....

A plant I sent my sister was delivered to the wrong address. (Partly my fault because I wrote Ave instead of Street). But the address it was delivered to isn’t even a residence so they couldn’t possibly have delivered the plant to apartment 46H. It was an obvious mix up but no one called me to clarify and customer service said there was nothing they could do. So, I won’t be using their service again.

Order my plant 3 months ago and it is still blooming and beautiful. Love Plants.com because my plant arrived fresh and in perfect condition.

My plant was dead already when I received it. I have since thrown it away.

The plants arrived with the dirt all over and the plant loose from its pot. They also did not look like the ones shown. I sent pictures and received a botanist's reply which didn't please me at all. telling me that different plants grow differently in specific areas, etc. why not say that on the website before ppl purchase them. The excuse as I call it was not acceptable. No resolution was given for my expensive purchase for plants that are not surviving! I also am dissatisfied with your customer service. I will never buy from you again and have told others of my experience.

Orchid was delivered timely and as pictured. It was a much more inexpensive than other sites.

Sent to a frien d who sent a photo... they looked lovely and she was very pleased.

Per my previous review, images on website are much more lush and full. Plant that arrived was small and puny. Would not buy from here again.

My tree arrived on time and properly packaged. She is doing great! I named her #Nyhia# and Everytime I pass her I speak to her.
Thank you for a great product.
In the future, I plan to purchase a Spath, a Rubber tree and a Fiddle.

Promptly addressed a plant that arrived dried out - replacing it with a super beautiful, perfect, lush new plant free of charge. Very happy with my new plant and the service from plants.com.

All the plants I ordered ended up dying within a couple weeks- even the herbs which are the easiest to grow! I’m a plant person so I know how to care for plants, but I sadly wasn’t able to keep these alive. I won’t be a returning customer.
