Leak in airing cupboard relating to first floor pumping system. Two visits. One to assess and advise, the second to fix. Very good explanations as to what might be causing/encouraging the leak and what would be needed. On the day, system drained and work done. Friendly and sensible. Various methods to pay. Good communication throughout by e-mail and phone. (Ryan). Clearly quite a workload and parts had to be ordered so there were a couple of weeks between visits but that was OK (temporary seal done and cupboard emptied). Professional and reliable. Can recommend, without reservation.

Fantastic yet again. All sorted within 4 hrs of phoning for my elderly parents. Everyone who’s part of the team from start to finish are an exceptional lot. Be very proud of the service you proved folks 👍
