We recently bought a sofa from Ponsfords and had a very good experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. The ordering process was smooth, and the quality of the sofa is excellent. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Ponsfords to others looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

My wife and I have visited Ponsford several times over the last month. Being very impressed with the range of products and the extremely knowledgeable sales team we ordered a lot of furniture for our new home. We did encounter a few specification discrepancies but these were handled professionally and promptly. In particularly the team in the FAMA and Venjakob section, Bilal and Alex have done an excellent job where nothing was too much much trouble for them to sort out. The whole store is simply a great place to visit (and they have a neat coffee shop).

Excellent service by Steve and Tom, the delivery team. Heavy cabinet and narrow doorways posed a considerable problem but carefully overcome. Many thanks.

Ponsfords removed my old furniture and delivered my new furniture. I had a new carpet fitted the week previous and they ensured they put covers on my carpet and wore shoe covers. The were very courteous and professional .

This furniture store has met and gone beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and our regular visits to browse their many corner suites was always welcomed. We met Stephen our sales advisor to discuss our needs and he certainly ensured that these were accommodated. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. this made the experience enjoyable and ensured that we made the right decision for our home. Ponsford is certainly meeting the highest standards that as customers we would expect. They can be assured of our future visits.

Karl came to measure up for the carpets and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Marc & Aiden fitted the carpets in four bedrooms,the stairs and landing. They did a great job we could definitely recommend Ponsford

The whole process from advice on carpet selection and estimation by Carl, through to the carpet fitters Stuart and William who arrived on time, were friendly and polite and took great care in fitting the carpets, could not not have been bettered. Today Stuart and Will did a brilliant job. They were punctual and friendly. They removed the old underlay and old carpet and skilfully fitted the new carpet to a higher standard than it had been before. Thankyou.

Ponsford carpet fitters have always given us a professional service. Today Stuart and Will made a great job of fitting a bedroom carpet.

Our service was faultless. A date for fitting the carpet was agreed well in advance and the fitters, Stuart and Will arrived promptly on the day. They worked diligently on the complex stair carpet until it was finished with a very courteous and helpful manner.
Everything was cleaned up and taken away on completion and the new carpet thoroughly vacuumed.

After many years of using mainstream carpet companies and having very poor laying service and carpet I was recommended Ponsfords

Stuart and Will have been out today to fit our living room carpet. They arrived early to allow me to do the school run and were very friendly and professional. They did a fab job and we felt very comfortable having them in the house. Would definitely recommend and I can’t see us getting carpets from elsewhere now. Thank you both!

We recently ordered a sofa from ponsfords. Its a hard task and we went back several times to check various things. We were always seen by Hakima who gave us lots of advice as to what to look for and understood clearly what we wanted. She also arranged an access visit to make sure it would fit through our doors. We were very pleased with her service.

We have just had a new carpet fitted to the stairs and landing. The old carpet, underlay and gripper rods were taken up and disposed of, the landing boarded out and the new carpet fitted. Stuart, Will and Graeme did a superb job, fitted the carpet to perfection and cleared up everything afterwards.It was a pleasure to have them in our home.
