Excellent all round service, as usual.

Having had numerous carpets fitted over the years by the Ponsford team, I’ve never looked elsewhere due to the exceptional service from start to finish. The fitting team are always punctual, courteous and pay close attention to every detail. Highly recommended.

Recently bought a G Plan leather sofa with help from Hakima - very helpful and professional . We have the perfect recliner for our needs

Graeme and Stuart fitted our carpet today with great attention to detail and amazing customer service. It looks fantastic! Both lovely people.

Excellent service from the carpet department. Karl and Andrew have a great deal of experience, and gave us good advice that was much appreciated. Also like to thank them for their patience.

Carpet fitters Graeme, Stuart, and Will did a very neat job coping well with some uneven borders and the carpets look great. They kept us informed with fitting options and arrived on time. Friendly and extremely hard working.

Another great job by Will, Stuart and Graham that’s bedrooms and living room done so far by these lads each room perfect still got hall and stairs to come Can’t go wrong when choosing Ponsfords. All the best to Graham for is upcoming retirement at Christmas

Purchased a 3 piece suite from Ponsford
and took delivery today. I was notified of ETA and contacted regularly. Steve and Tom were very polite, friendly and respected my property and furniture throughout the delivery placing dust sheets where necessary on my carpet and over the suite as they carried it from the van to my home. My old suite was taken away and the new one positioned where I requested. Thank you to you both and to salesperson Caroline along with staff at Ponsford who I have spoken to on the telephone throughout the process, all very pleasant and helpful.

Always end up spending more than I intended.
Got a good deal on a Tempur bed and mattress but then got drawn to a display settee and two seater chair which were also on a good deal, so bought them as well!

From Carl, in the Carpet Department, to Graeme and Stuart, who came to fit our bedroom carpet, the service we received from Ponsfords was excellent. Carl went out of his way to ensure our carpet was fitted around the timings for decorators, wardrobe fitting etc. He always had time to talk through carpet choice and how it should be fitted and has a great attention to detail. Graeme and Stuart courteously phoned ahead to check it was ok to fit the carpet, they worked very hard and diligently and kindly cleared up after themselves even vacuuming the carpet for us.

We’ve just had a new stair carpet fitted by Graeme, Will and Stuart from Ponsfords - they’ve done a BEAUTIFUL job - true craftsmanship. The carpet has transformed our staircase. Thank you so much!

Excellent Service from Stephen (Middle floor Classics) He gave very excellent knowledgable advice regarding what we were requiring helping us to choose the correct sofa for our Lodge. Needless to say we are very pleased with our purchase the colour of the leather suite is perfect and so is the fit. Worth the wait and the delivery guys were brilliant as well. Thank you

Great collection of high quality carpets to choose between with highly knowledgeable staff members to help you select. Graeme, Stuart and Will (lovely guys) did a fantastic job of fitting a very heavy and tricky carpet. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Lots of choice in this superb furniture store. Took our time looking at all the options for Armchairs. Helped in our final choice by Della who really helped us a lot in our quest. Placed our order for two Chairs and got a discount as well. Well worth the hours drive and the coffee and cake are superb as well.

We visited Ponsford today and placed a sizable order for a sofa, chair and several G plan units.
Such a friendly helpful bunch of staff.
All in all we had no problem in choosing what we wanted along with help and advice from Sarah.

Pondsfords was the only company that produced a carpet design I wanted for my old Georgian townhouse. After visiting several popular high street retailers, and leaving dissatisfied with cheap quality run of the mill carpets but expensive price tags… pondsfords offered true quality and made to order in exactly the colours I wanted. All for a price within my budget. Andrew from the showroom spent time explaining how the bespoke service worked, Carl came out at showed me samples and offered guidance over the phone when ordering, and both Will and Paul were excellent fitters who spent hours perfecting the pattern matching on 2 staircases and two landings. My house, being old, with its wonky walls and stairs, really showed the skills of these fitters and they were both professional and friendly. I have been left with a stunning carpet that transformed the heart of my home… I will never shop anywhere else now. Thank you the pondsfords team.

Fantastic service from Hakima. She even rang the rep to check we could get the sofas before Christmas. She helped us make decisions about fabric and cushions by asking pertinent questions. Her customer service was excellent- thank you.

We have been a customer of Ponsford for many years and have always found the service friendly, helpful and excellent. Earlier on this year and after 3 visits with Carl’s help and guidance we finally chose a Natuzzi suite. Thank you Carl.
