Our company is committed to maintaining a comprehensive stock profile from leading electrical supplies manufacturers in the UK and Europe. Our Distribution Centres, which are located in the East Midlands and Hampshire, provide a daily delivery service to a wide area via its fleet of nine vehicles. We use only the most reliable carriers for all other delivery areas. We recognise all of our customers are individual and the needs of an industrial and commercial contractor can differ greatly from the needs of a domestic installer. Above all, Power Discount strives to ensure competitive price offerings to our customers.

All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
You can return things to us up to 14 days after delivery.
If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.

Communication was great - they were waiting for more stock and let me know there would be a slight delay which was fine. It more or less turned up when I expected it to anyway!
