You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.

If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed with this order
I am very disappointed with this order. I paid £5.95 for 2-day delivery, but it has been over a week and my order has still not even been dispatched. Please investigate this delay and provide an update as soon as possible. If you cannot deliver within the promised timeframe, I would also like a refund of the delivery charge.

We can see your item is a special line meaning we have order it in first dispatched to yourself but there appears to be a delay in shipment from the supplier which we were unaware of.
