We’ve loved working with Premium Home Source for our entire kitchen package. Vanessa in Customer Service is a valuable asset to Premium Home Source. We experienced a Warranty issue with a Forno refrigerator that needed replacement and we experienced multiple delays due to the Delivery Company. Vanessa has a tremendous amount of patience, listening quietly and intently as I explained the issues. On days when I was frustrated she remained calm and always eased my concerns. Vanessa always responded promptly and sought resolution immediately with her team each time I called. She is a true professional.

We recently purchased a Forno 60” refrigerator/freezer and an under cabinet ice maker from PHS. The overall transaction, appliances, and customer service was fantastic!

Unfortunately I had to return my Mr Cool. Wendy was always on her response to my emails and easy to work with. Thanks Wendy!
