£40 delivery charge for a £28 piece of…
£40 delivery charge for a £28 piece of plastic trim in my opinion was excessive however it was delivered in 2 days but covered only in a plastic bag. Unable to collect item as there is no pick ups available. It is what it is i required the part.

Really impressed with Prima Leisure! They have a great range of caravan parts, even for older models like my Bailey Ranger.
Mitch was super helpful and responded really quickly. They don’t normally ship to Australia, but instead of simply turning me down, he took the time to suggest alternative shipping options that aren’t even part of their service.
I also placed my order at night and it was already dispatched the next day — really impressed with how fast they processed it.
Exceptional customer service and highly recommended!
