Prompt delivery, easy to fit, BUT, can anyone tell me why one drawer runner costs about £7 more than the other side. 2 identical drawer runners 🏃♂️ but 2 different prices, I mean you would not go to a supermarket and buy 2 identical tins of soup, one costs £1 and the other £1.50. It does not make sense 😐 price difference

Trustworthy
Always use Prima Leisure should I need anything for my caravan. I know there are cheaper items all over the net but I like to use a company that I trust and I know that I will get the correct part and the customer service is brill - no complaints from me ;)

A month later and still no product
A month later and still no product. When ordering the website states the estimated time which came and wrnt very quickly, emailed to chase up was given another date which also came and went. Chased yet again and given yet another date so asked to cancel and get a refund. However looking at other reviews on here im not convinced that i will be getting said refund as someone else has been waiting months for theirs. Also was told on the email that my order is now cancelled on refund should be within 3-5 days however when logging into my account the order still shows as active. Never going to use prima again, thankfully i was only ordering something cheap

Items came earlier than forcast
Disappointed at first as their website had a day 3 delivery, but when they'd taken the order it went out to 3 months.
Later they were actually delivered in about 3 weeks so better.
However they were one of the only distributors that offered the items so at least I got them.
