Unfortunately the delivery agents made…
Unfortunately the delivery agents made the experience less than perfect. The package was left in full view of passers by on the front doorstep. It was stolen by the time we got home. The follow up was good and hopefully a replacement will be forthcoming but deliveries should be rebooked if there is no answer or no obviously better place than the doorstep.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Only issue is the date kept slipping from the approximate one, not by a small amount either. I understand they rely on their suppliers and all dates given for non-stocked items are of course estimates. I just didn’t expect it to be pushed out from an original 3 weeks to 3 months.

There was an error on the website leading me to order the wrong replacement part for my caravan. Prima responded promptly, accepted responsibility and arranged to pick up the part and refund the value. Overall they provided very good customer service thanks to Tor the customer relationship partner, much appreciated.
