Attempted delivery to wrong address!
A very small package, that would have easily gone through our letter box, was delivered, or at least attempts were made to deliver, to an address some eleven miles from ours, which we have no idea how you came to use. A new order was sent after we brought this to you attention. The package could have been sent by Royal Mail and posted through our letter box, as it was it finally arrived after we had gone away in our caravan!

Item took far too long to arrive
Item took far too long to arrive with delays post order, then just after it was pushed back further it arrived a few days later.
Perhaps using a Ouija Board as a stock control system doesn’t work.

Rather longer than anticipated for delivery, description of bowl set is insufficient as the bowl is to tall for the sink to incorporate the chopping board and drainer, should have just bought the chopping board.

Appalling customer service
This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I requested a new overhead locker door as the decor wrap on the original door had failed and was advised to do this by the customer service. After a 2 month delay and a failed delivery by the courier followed by a further 3 month delay the door was received without the decor wrap. Was told the decor wrap is no longer available. So have agreed a refund and return of the part delivered and no way forward to replace the locker door wrap

Quick delivery many thanks! The plate upgrade sticker arrived well packaged (they are expensive but appreciate it's a permanent legal weight plate upgrade so that's what is being purchased).

Maybe change delivery courier he never…
Maybe change delivery courier he never rang the bell , we were away in Devon the parcel was not supposed to be delivered until 14 September so was delivered early, he had no response because he did not ring bell he took a picture of the parcel at my front door and posted it had been placed in a she there is no shed at my front door. Fortunately my neighbour saw it knew we were away so took it in for us.

Plenty of Bailey Caravan parts and it is good to be able to search by caravan model. The descriptions don’t seem to be as good as they were a few years ago and don’t always list other parts that may be necessary such as screws springs etc. It would also help to know how parts go together. Parts have always been top quality. Delivery is not as quick as I would expect.

Bailey used EVRI for their courier. Total rubbish? Took two weeks longer than promised and then left in a wet recycling box!
Use a different courier please.
