Not one for writing reviews but I must say I absolutely love the pro blo kit! I have used today for first time (only ordered Sunday and here already!) it give my hair so much volume and looks

Ordered 16th November - still not received on 26th, feel like I've been duped! Contacted them via email, as no phone numbers anywhere, 4 days ago to be told this was a pre order and now they have stocks!! no emails, no contact, no confidence!

Starting to think I've been scammed. Purchased 2 weeks ago and nothing. Have contacted and was told it was a pre order (nothing to say this when i made purchase). From reading reviews here, I see they say this all the time too. Probably do well to steer clear of this company. Definitely avoid if it's a Christmas gift.

Ordered nov 12, paid for 2-3 days shipping. It was a birthday present for 18th Nov. Still not arrived. Chased via email (the only option) on Tuesday 19th - said rsvp within 48hrs. It’s now Friday 25th and no communication!!!! How do I get my goods that have been paid for in full 13 days ago???

Awful cheap tacky product that rips your hair.
No refunds allowed if you opened the box to look at the ‘brushes’.
Terrible company who aren’t interested in anything that stealing your money.

Problo were nothing but fantastic with me. Not only are the curlers great, with so much virtual support and tutorials on how to use them, but they are so personable which really makes you want to use them again.
I found problo on social media and watched stacks of tutorials but still managed to get my sizing wrong (am not overly high maintenance when it comes to my hair), pro blo allowed me to swap an unopened box well after the 2 week cut off date so I was able to get smaller curlers. They have always replied to my emails really promptly and just been so supportive from start to finish. I would highly recommend pro blo - their product and customer service has been amazing.

My order finally came today. They are a gift so can not say if any good sorry, just wanted to update to advise they will come just not in 2-3 days. I got the emails many comment but I did say they had a week or I’d be taking it further

After reading the reviews that had flooded my Facebook account,I ordered a set of 12 brushes on the 29.10.24. The results look amazing and the reviews on the Pro-blo website are all really good, with photographs of clients that have used the product to achieve brilliant results.

After the expected delivery time of 2-3 days I contacted the company to see if there was an issue, as the tracking information was not clear either.

I received a response to advise me that in my 'excitement', I had failed to notice that I had placed a pre-order, and that they did not have the products I had ordered in stock. I was really disappointed with this response, and went on to search for the company reviews on Trustpilot (I should have done this prior to my purchase). There are a large number of reviews reporting similar issues.

After reading such a large number of negative reviews I asked to cancel my order and requested a full refund. It did take several requests before they agreed to cancel my order......they went on to offer further discounts, before they did refund the full amount I paid.

My advice would be to read reviews before you purchase online, they are not a particularly cheap product and they appear to be a less than honourable company.

Ordered on 12th October and still hasn't arrived. I've chased it twice and been lied to twice - first time, they told me that my order was a pre-order (it wasn't) and my item would be shipped in 10 days. Two weeks later I chased again and was told it was now in stock and being sent that day. A week later, still nothing. If this wasn't a sought-after gift for my partner, I'd cancel the order...but I've read elsewhere they won't give refunds so it feels like I've been scammed at this poitnt.

Bought for my sister for her birthday and she loves it. Ordered my mum one for Christmas too now. The girl on instagram really helped me picking the size so thank you. Really recommend. Package was lovely and she’s happy so win win
