Ordered my CurlME medium set on the 13/10/24& am still waiting!!! £47:98 is not cheap!!! I have not emailed the company & awaiting a reply very bad service.

Really happy with product - I ordered and said would arrive in 1 week because was pre order and it came in 5 days - really happy with the look I have short fine hair so just 6 brush set is enough for me. Easy to use too

I don’t know what’s wrong with this company, they have no stock and are taking an age to dispatch my order which clearly does not align to the shipping information. Looking at the other reviews I see this has been going on for years. This company should be shut down, it’s a total sham.

A word of warning to those considering buying from them, I strongly advise against it as they will take your money upfront and not deliver for weeks.

Stop spending so much on advertising and invest in some stock!!

Bad Customer Service - Well NO Customer Service... I Bought this and they never responded. Its been a week and my order still saying Unfulfilled.

Really not happy waited over a month for delivery .. then totally wrong sizes came.. i ordered 2 sets of large 1 set of medium... And i have been sent 3 boxes of small. I have tried twice to send them an email and sent pictures.. no reply. Complete waste of money as i wont even use the small ones 😡

Shocking!
I ordered goods as a present, was advised 2-3 days delivery time. It’s now 10 days and they haven’t even been despatched.
Numerous emails have been sent to them, all get a standard reply along the lines of “your item is being packed and waiting to be collected”.
My advice - don’t trust them with your money. They obviously don’t have either the goods to despatch, or the customer service in place to deal with orders effectively.

Over a month later, I have been chasing since and receive the same email every time saying its on a pre-order but they now have the stock and will be sent any day!! No tracking sent, I've asked for a refund and ignored and no idea where my item is. I fell like I've been scammed!!!!

I ordered from them on 13 September 2024! Payment went out of my account but I still received nothing. I contacted the company several times and every time they told me they were out of stock. When I ordered the product there were no signs that it would be out of stock. I feel I have been scammed as their website said the items would be dispatched within 3-4 days! Where from? Outer space?

Great product! Does exactly what it says. Really great customer service and kept in contact with delivery. Absolutely love my hair when I use the pro blow and can’t wait too use it on my customers! ☺️☺️

Great product and really quick delivery

Order the Pro Blo brush on 17th September with no mention that it was a Pre-Order, told dispatch would be within 2-3 working days. I’ve been chasing it up since ordering and always get the same response that they’re waiting for stock and that they are pre-orders. False advertising not mentioning it was a pre-order. Yesterday I requested a refund which was refused. Told it would be dispatched soon but we’ll see! Not impressed.

I ordered the product and wasn't told till after I paid that it was on a back order so asked for a refund and it was refused even though they clearly do not have stock of the product will be returning as soon as it arrives whenever that will be

Over the years I have tried so many tools to use at home for that salon look hair! I couldnt recommend the pro blow enough. I have long thick hair and it's really hard to get a curl on my hair that will stay. The barrel brush and clamps stay secure in my hair, once I have blown all my hair I leave them in while I get dressed for about 20-30 mins. The results are always perfect and my blow last a good few days. Definitely money well spent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My go to for a blow dry. Years of hair damage from hot irons, I also have tape extensions so try to protect them from excessive heat so the pro blow brushes have been such a good option for me. My hair extensions last me longer and my natural hair is much healthier. I know the concept is to get salon hair which I do but for me the best bit is that they don’t damage hair but still looks good

Love this brush set. The curl really does hold and I struggled for years with hair damage so this was the perfect answer. Kristina on customer service was really helpful my order arrived and courier left it in post box didn’t knock so I reached out and she provided tracking and delivery photo so I found it. She was really helpful and prompt which was appreciated, my order came fast and I am ordering my daughter some for Christmas lovely company and my hair has never looked better

Such a good product I ordered and it came fast, I needed to change address and customer service replied right away really happy with the blow dry! Save me lots of money 💘💘💘

If I could give no stars I would !!! It’s a scam . Do not part with your money !
They do not bother to send anything and cancel your order !

I ordered this as it’s advertised to give you a bouncy blow dry look. It also states 30 day refund. It arrived and I tried it and it’s cheap material and doesn’t work in my hair. I asked to return but was told they will not accept return as I had opened it. Such a waste of money!! I also contacted customer care and all I was told was here’s some advice on how to use it!
