My order was a pre order it came when it said it would. I emailed to ask about it’d it had shipped and they emailed me straight away great customer service

Purchased CurlME on 04 August. Website and my invoice receipt state '2-3 working days standard delivery'.
Today is 16 August and I still haven't received them.
I've asked to cancel the order due to delay and customer service told me that they could cancel the order.
Evri told me they have a process where sellers can ask for parcels to be sent back to them.
Really dismissive, unhelpful, Avoid.

Yes, they’ve emailed me, not prepared to be helpful. Sent me a copy showing a banner saying delivery 3-5 days. So far I’ve been waiting 11 working days.
Refunding shipping of £2.99 but as they didn’t cancel when I first requested nor will they instruct Evri not to deliver, I will have to go through refunds process. All very shoddy.

I ordered the bouncy blow saver bundle in size medium and i was not disappointed. Delivery was quick and I couldn’t wait to use the brush. My hair was looking amazing , shiny and bouncy. I also found that my hair was left softer and frizz free. Loved the little extras that came with the bundle. I would definitely recommend this to people who want to achieve the perfect blowdry at home.

Ordered on 26th July . Still not received my order. Have sent a few emails and was told my order was a pre-order. I’ve checked and there was no mention of a pre-order when I placed my order. Order was confirmed and was supposedly arriving in 2-3 days .Now they’ve said 5 days from the order date because it was a pre order . They’re making it up as they go along ! Won’t recommend or ever buy from them again . I’m

Bought and paid for goods from this company as a birthday present,said delivery 2-3 working day that was on 28/07/24, but as of today still no delivery, contacted yesterday and was told stock has just arrived and will be processed this week and sent 2-3 working days after processed. Asked for refund but was told as it was on its way can’t refunded even though I was told a hour before stock had just arrived and was being sent out in a weeks time it would appear to be a scam of a company or very very badly run, be advised don’t buy from this company. Reading through reviews people are saying the same some have received worst treatment than me

Absolutely disgusted and infuriated by this company. I ordered on the 5th June, parcel was sent out on time all was great until I didn’t actually receive the parcel. I then contacted customer service, who told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that they would resend my order. After loads of back and forth emails over 1 month later, they resent my parcel. Which I received yesterday on the 26th July. I opened up my parcel excited only to then be disappointed by MISSING items. I ordered a bundle of 12 mixed barrels, 1 handle, 1 pack of clips, 1 brush, 1 comb and 1 towel wrap.
The pack of clips, the brush , the comb and the towel wrap was all missing.
I wouldn’t waste your time ordering from this company.

I’m really happy with the service, fast delivery and my hair looks like I’ve been salon. So so so worth it!

10/10 best service - fast delivery. Easy to use and super smooth bouncy. Did take a few goes to perfect but won’t go back now it’s my staple

Ordered as a present, after a few days of not hearing anything I was advised it was pre prder and could take 7 days, they could send the mixed barrels rather than the ones I ordered. Then miraculously my order for the medium barrels was in Stock and they sent. Upon reciept the box appeared to be tampered with no seal box said moxed yet inside was medium barrels, just appalled at the lack of service when questioning this.
I'd think twice before ordering from them

What is the crack with this company my wife ordered goods of them 3 weeks ago, the delivery instructions said we will deliver within 2 to 3 days as I said that was 3 weeks ago we have tried to contact them by email but unfortunately don't get a reply back off them £89.00 very badly spent definitely won't be using them again

Disgusting customer service and no further forward after 3 weeks. I do not recommend buying from this company. They took my order without advising there were no products in stock and not been able to speak to anyone since !!

Speedy delivery, great products and great results… should’ve invented these myself! What a game changer for blow drys!
Wouldn’t be without! Definitely order the bigger set if you can.

Ordered 2 sets, one small and one mixed medium & small. had to chase them up 5 days later via email about the delivery, had no email or confirmation of purchase from them, they did message me back saying sorry we are out of stock and do I want the large barrels that’s all they have in stock instead 😡.. no that’s not what I ordered, I have asked for full refund

Review 28/07/23 email received with an offer of a further 10% discount as an apology, the brush sets small and small/medium I ordered wouldn’t be in stock till sometime in July, they couldn’t give me date for delivery, I declined their offer of a discount and have asked for a refund again

Quick delivery product as described easy to use and good results every time I use it can change my hairstyle so easily every time I use it.

I had put the wrong address on where my problow was to be delivered any customer services were fantasic and sorted it out straight away. I absolutely love these rollers well worth the money. I have shoulder length hair and lots of it so i brought 12 used on hair and it look great and has lasted up to 3 days just like the salon all i can say is i love them and so does my daughter.
