When you’re not looking

They will do it properly for first couple then when you don’t check they overcharge after, I’ve been caught out and so have two of my friends. You should t need to check your being mugged off. AVOID

que dire ? de l amateurisme c'est sur ! du vol encore plus, de l incompétence c'est certain ! déjà les badges arrive au bout de 2 mois ... environ 10 personnes différente abrutis ou complètement dépasser. des factures hebdomadaire ...on me prend 3 cautions (250€,35€, 35€ sois disant pour 6 mois) que je réclame depuis septembre 2025 par mail et lettre recommander et on ma baladé en octobre 2025 faut attendre 3 semaines...janvier 2026 toujours rien, les téléphones ne décroche jamais, les mails reviennent car le personnels n existe plus dans l entreprise... des bons a rien ! une belle image de la Belgique. Radius paie pour êtres référencer sur google pour mieux vous voler pas pour êtres compétent ! a fuir d urgence

missed a payment by one night , was paid the next day and got a invoice a week later for a charge of €80, Once they receive your phone number you will be haunted with their marketing team constantly trying to sell you other parts of the company. Really horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, at some point you’ll will wish you heeded these warning signs

attention arnaque a 200%

j'ai arreter le contrat quand je me suis apercu qu'ils prennent une tva de 21% sur le carburant qui est deja taxé a plus de 65% et sa personne ne fait attention !!!
regarder bien le détail et vérifier sur votre facture.
ce n'est pas la tva que vous récupérer c'est juste une tva que vous n'etes pas sensé payer.

Bezin voor je hieraan begint

Deze bende is schandalig , ze blijven aanrekeningen sturen ondanks het stoppen van mij kontrakt , rekening betaalt 2 uren later betekent 35 euro extra betalen dit tot twee maal toe ; bij de werk gever is mijn prijs 0,51 euro/ kwu en bij radius word er doodleuk 0,68 euro kw gerekend , daarboven op 7 euro per maand ? Gewoon overstappen , is het beste ,en testaankoop erop los laten , dit lijkt mij niet zuiver

Zelfs slechter…ik krijg alweer een…

Zelfs slechter…ik krijg alweer een factuur hoewel ik mijn kaart 4 maand geleden opzegde. Daarnaast wil ik me inloggen en blokkeert het me en kan ik me niet meer inloggen! Ik had gelijk ook domiciliëring opgezegd want ik vertrouw dit boeltje voor geen kant. Maar dus ik kan factuur niet raadplegen, nu ga ik allicht opnieuw een dreiging en factuur van €20 krijgen om zogenaamd niet te betalen. Wat een praktijken zijn dit. Alsof je automatische betalingen laat doorgaan sinds je al maanden kaart niet meer gebruikt. Ik controleer dit liever eerst want geld terugvorderen van een bedrijf is geen evidentie…
Rotslecht, ik raad het niemand aan. Ik had gelijktijdig abonnement bij BMW en dat was pas service en geen gedoe!

2 weeks ago paid my invoice yet 2 days…

2 weeks ago paid my invoice yet 2 days later cards suspended for non payments so I called them and was told the computer made a mistake when I asked them if I would be charged for non payment they said no as it was there fault and if I got a charge on my next invoice call them and they will sort it invoice came on Wednesday with a £60 charge on it so I called them and asked what's going on and was put through to a manager he said pay on Monday as he couldn't remove the charge as it would mess with my DD and he would put it back as credit so this week I should be£60 in credit yet no they are still taking my DD at full no credit.
This isn't the first time with this company looking for a new card now.

Disgraceful Charges

Had s problem with direct debit due to a stolen card i get a management fee of 80 euros because the direct debit was for using both cards. Never going to use them again to think a trade union promote this crowd on their website without some research on them should have trusted my gut and searched them on trustpilot

Terrible service

Terrible service. They failed to collect direct debit when money was in account and since blocked my card. All payments are up to date but still not activated card despite calling several times. I was also miss sold telematics.got told how great it is said only £50 first bill and cheaper monthly rates if you top up 100 litres of full which was a lie. First bill £120 and not getting the discount monthly despite going well over 100 litres of fuel. The telematics doesn’t even load properly on app and can’t even request footage, constant problems with the app. I’m now cancelling everything. Locked into a contract for telematics as they give no cooling off periods. Sketchy company won’t be paying a penny to them

Don’t go near these gangsters

Don’t go near these gangsters, firstly they’ll tell you all about their great discounts, I specifically requested petrol card but kept getting emails about great diesel discounts, I contacted these clowns numerous time to check this,again no action taken, then despite never using card( I did try once but it didn’t work!!)I received a bill,I rang them straight away to cancel and this is where the main lies begin, I was assured that by the criminals that direct debit would not be taken….. surprise … it was stolen from my account, I spoke to one of the minions and was guaranteed money would be refunded immediately
That was on 3rd of November and it is now 21st November and nothing…
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAM

they will also try to sell you their so called premium dash cams….

STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS

Terrible Company. Avoid.

They failed to take my direct debit payment and sent me a text saying my direct debit had failed. It was their error and not a problem with my bank. I paid them immediately via bank transfer. They then took the balance from my account a day later and refunded my original payment. They then added a £60 fee to my account. They don't respond to emails or support requests. The agents on the phone are useless and incompetent. They are a terrible company to deal with. Avoid!!

Customer Service Skills - ZERO. And do they even care!!

A one star!! If it was possible to give them a negative five stars, I would.
In summary having used my card and on its expiry another one was not issued - by the way my direct debit was active and so the new card should have been issued - but a new card was not and neither did they have the curtesy of informing me that they were not going to issue another card.

Speaking to their customer services they informed me that there is no minimum number to times per year that the card must be used to prevent a new card not being issued. And it had been used in 2025.
Their customer services informed me that they would phone me within 48 hours. Well, that did not happen.
Their communication skills are very much zero and they don’t appear to give a hoot about their customers.

When they promise to call within a certain timeframe take it with a pinch of salt as you have more chance of seeing the cow jump over the moon that this company’s customer services department carrying out their duties.

It’s absolutely disgusting how they…

It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. It’s all about money-grabbing, and their staff members are liars. To top it off, their so-called manager, Mark, who was initially absent from work according to his previous colleague, called me back with the most diabolical attitude I’ve ever encountered. My direct debit was missed because of issues with my banking, but he didn’t want to hear my side. I’ve had a fuel account since 2020 and never missed a payment. Cut a long story short, they decided to add £60 and £80 payments to my invoices after I had already cleared the balance, without any notification. Avoid this company at all costs. Goes to show no loyalty or consideration to a long standing customer. Maybe if they just heard my side I wouldn’t have left a review but very disappointed!
