The support and service which I have received from Retirement Line were first class. Paul Guy clearly explained all the available options and answered all my questions. This made me feel confident that I was choosing the right annuity. Jasmine Soulby regularly updated me on the annuity purchase process, so I always knew what was happening. I would strongly recommend Retirement Line.

I would thoroughly recommend Retirement Line to anybody going through the often complicated process of turning their years earned cash into something tangible that will last them through retirement. There are many options for pensions these days, but if you've done your thinking and end up on any kind of 'annuity' then give these guys a ring and they will help you get the best deal and help you through the process.

I first spoke with THOMAS HANDLEY who went through the options available to me with my pension pot. Tom clearly explained the differences between Lifetime and Fixed Term, Value Protection, Guaranteed amounts, Rising Payments and various other terms such that I was able to confidently determine which was right for me. He then obtained a range of quotes from the various providers available so I knew exactly what I could get. As I was about a year or so away from actually retiring Tom regularly provided updated quotes and sent them to me - essential for my peace of mind during what has felt a very volatile couple of years.

When the time came and I (finally!) retired and selected my policy, Tom handed me over to SARAH HARRISON. Sarah was AMAZING, she acted as the go between for my pension provider (Willis Towers Watson) and my annuity provider (Legal & General) to get money moved over and everything set up. Sarah provided regular updates, answered seemingly endless questions from me, chased people when necessary and ensured that the multiple documents required were all filled in in the right way and in the right places and in good time - no small feat!

What really stood out for me besides their professionalism was the friendly humanity of both Tom and Sarah. I very much felt like they were on my side and stood right next to me whilst going through what can be a complex and scary process at a time of life when there's already enough change to think about.

From start to finish my interactions with Retirement Line through Tom and Sarah were exactly what I needed, delivered in a clear, heartfelt and professional way.

From the outset, when I first spoke to annuity specialist Danny Page, I felt confident that the main aim was to secure me the best possible annuity for my situation. Danny had a very good telephone manner, professional but not trying to ‘sell me something’. I also received improved quotes, that I would not have thought to ask for.
I was also well looked after by the customer relationship consultant, Louise Szombara, who completed forms and passed them onto me for signing, even providing stamped envelopes for return of documents – services beyond my expectations. Louise regularly kept me updated about communications with the Pension fund provider and Annuity provider and even checked in with me if nothing had changed. What could have been a very stressful period for me was thankfully stress free.
Given that I was dealing with a complex situation that I knew little about, I felt secure that they were both working in my best interest. Professional, expert, reassuring and very prompt communication was the overall impression of the service I received from Retirement Line.

I started this process some years ago with Tom Handley handling everything and to his credit he kept in touch periodically to review my position. Once I committed to taking my annuity Tom again was immense in his handling of everything until the provider and term of annuity were agreed and in place. Following my acceptance he handed me over to Jamar Dobson who again was very professional in everything he did keeping me updated on a weekly basis until everything was finalised. I would have no hesitation in recommending Retirement Line to family and friends.

The E2E process from selecting to receiving my annuity product was seamless. I cannot recommend Tony Jarman enough who provided me with numerous product quotes over the years and for being very patient! Once I'd made a decision on the annuity product Tony guided me through the complicated documentation submission. Once this was completed Sarah Harrison kept me informed at every stage. The whole process was very efficient and stress free, certainly exceeded my expectations!
