Great customer service which I found the best after talking with different companies. They were always updating me how the transfer of funds to my current pension policy was progressing. A special mention to Thomas Handley and Andrew Rist, both have been superb in getting me a better deal than I was expecting, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having been referred to Retirement Line, my first point of contact was Oliver Scott. He explained the process, arranged for quotes and answered all my queries promptly. After making my decision I was introduced to Roland Ewins who kept me updated on the progress of the policy. It was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Quicker than the initial estimate of 8-10 weeks. I highly recommend Retirement Line.

First of all, I would like to say, I thought the purchasing of an annuity would be horrific, with endless phone calls, and forms to fill in. I could not have been more wrong! With Oliver Scott, and Matthew Gordon on the case the whole process was swift, professional, and friendly. Also, on top of this they managed to get me a great quote and payment.
