Good honest autotrader, found ruthe car i was looking for on Cargurus website and asked for more information. Oliver rang me the next day with all the information. Being a considerable distant away, I was kept up to date with images and videos throughout.
Oliver was great to deal with and after being bitten before by unscrupulous traders was very understanding and worked out a way of getting the car to me at a great deal. The car is exactly as described and the service I received was top class. Thank you.

Oliver was really helpful in selling the car. He got the car serviced, MOT & sorted any little bits that needed doing to the car like putting two new tyres on the front and adding a spare tyre which I asked for. Oliver is easy to deal with and is available to help with any queries during the time between getting the car

Friendly, helpful and a good buying experience

I purchased my car from Revilo this week and I couldn't be happier.
I WhatsApped Oliver to make an appointment after work at 7 pm the same week, they where both very welcoming when we got there. There were 2 cars I was interested in and they had them both out ready for me to view when I got there also, answered any questions I had.
It was so nice not to have some hard core seller there like other garages I had been to, it made it a nice experience purchasing a new car!

Picked up my car from Revilo yesterday and all I can say is a massive thank you to Oliver . It was immaculate not a mark on it. It looked brand new and is a lovely smooth car to drive. Oliver is a lovely guy honest and lovely to speak too. A stress free experience is what you want when making a purchase like a car and it was. I would recommend Revilo to anybody looking to replace a car to go to him . Thanks again Oliver even though I had to have my pic taken with my new car lol .

The detail on the Autotrader advert was enough to have sold the car numerous times over. Also the pricing strategy was key, nothing pretentious or needing haggling. Greg, is communicative and sincere, even collected me from the local railway station. In all my years purchasing a car, this was indeed the simplest and totally un fraught.

Mean unfair and appalling!
Brought a Freelander 2 (HG63NLJ 73k) from Oliver on trust. He described car as immaculately maintained, stunning and drives superb. (Have this in writing as he wrote same to another potential buyer and left email copy in the sale pack).
Car broke down the following day, coughed repeatedly, stalled and went into limp mode. Rang Oliver, he said get it to a local Landy dealer and he would sort it quickly, once diagnostics done.
We arranged its movement. I had to pay for the lift home and beg a lift to work that night. I'm a senior End of Life Specialist Nurse, supporting Hospice patients who have chosen to die at home. I work community nights right across Shropshire and need reliable transport to get to my patients and their families (That's why I read previous reviews and asked specific questions about maintenance and reliability!). I now had no car to get out to patients dying at home. I was left to beg lifts and then had to hire a car quickly. No contact whatsoever from Oliver. I had to chase the Landy garage as my costs were mounting and I disliked driving an unfamiliar car in the sticks, down potholed country lanes at night. They said the diagnostics were done same day car came in and it needs over £1000.00 of repairs for multiple faults! Rang Oliver. He said he disagreed as he had done loads of work on the car (not what I was told!) and was not going to shell out for it to be repeated. I sent him the diagnostics report by email and he said he would ring the garage, discuss and sort it.
Still had no car, struggling to get all my nursing kit in a little rental and really not enjoying country roads and lanes at night. Stressed out.
Still nothing whatsoever from Oliver after another two days! So I rang the Landy Garage myself. They said the car had many new parts on it but the repairs had clearly not gone well. It was previously maintained for years by a Tyre Fitting Centre, had missed crucial updates and scheduled 4x4 maintenance and was sitting in the car park, as no authority to repair it had been given by Oliver.
I was advised to reject car in writing under Consumer Protection Act as it was not as described and patently not fit for purpose. I did this by text. Spent next 4 days chasing Oliver for my money. He did come back once to tell me to stop stressing as I would get my money. He then broke a promise to get me my money returned by a particular day, so I had to extend my car rental again at my cost.
So here I am. No car. No apology. No support. I've lost over £700 in the 10 days or so it took to sort this mess. I did tell Oliver I would leave it to his conscience to decide if he would reflect my personal excess costs when settling. He gave me nothing. Just sent a picture of a bank transfer of my purchase money.
So I'm now running around in an expensive rental job. I'm working extra shifts to cover my losses.
I desperately need a new car but my confidence and trust is shattered.
I'm much worse off cash and transport wise, than when I rang REVILO CARS! I admit my mistakes. But then I try to see the best in people. All paperwork and text copies of messages kept and available.

I have had a very bad experience with a previous car sales garage in the past and tbh it put me off buying any car at all but when I went to Revilo Trade Cars that all changed, from my first meeting with Oliver to view the car and buying it then to picking the car up which i am totally made up with, my answer is he is the most honest, helpful guy in car sales I’ve ever met and dealt with, in a word he does exactly what it says on the tin, he explains everything you need to know about his vehicles there is no hidden agendas here, I will be passing his name to everyone who is looking to buy a car.
Oliver all that I’ve got to say to you is do not change a single thing that you are doing, it’s perfect the way you operate for your potential new customers and current customers the way it is now, excellent mate
