Top class service, I couldn't be happier with the service Oliver has provided.

I contacted him via WhatsApp and within an hour I had placed a reserve on my car.

I travelled from Chesterfield by train to collect my car and he had no problem collecting me from the station.

The car itself is immaculate I'm over the moon with it.

I was looking for a very particular car and found one on auto trader with Ravilo. I live 200 miles away from their show room and couldn’t get up to see the car before I bought it. This is always a risk and not recommended. They were extremely accommodating - especially Oliver, who sent me walk round videos, with commentary, addressed my concerns and answers all my queries. The car was delivered by a company to my location. All papers were provided, the car new MOT, FSH and warranty. I was never rushed or pushed by sales pitches. They were patient and very accommodating. They reassured me along the way and my car was delivered in pristine condition. Although I didn’t have one, they were happy to have an AA veh inspection carried out - nothing to hide attitude. When the car left the garage - it was noted that the indicator bulb warning light came on. This was addressed but came on again when the vehicle was delivered. Oliver advised me to get it replaced at a garage and he would cover the bill. Not representative of other motor trades. Great business, highly recommend and would be confident going back. Exceptional Service at Revilo Group UK LTD

Last week, I purchased a Mercedes CLA 180 from Revilo Group in Warrington, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Oliver. From the very first phone call to inquire about the car, Oliver was incredibly professional and attentive.

When my wife and I visited to view the car, Oliver went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even offering us tea and bottled water. After being impressed with the car and Oliver’s exceptional customer service, I made an advance payment to reserve it.

True to his word, Oliver handed the car over to me on the promised date and time. However, while driving home on the motorway, I noticed a vibration in the car. I immediately informed Oliver, and his response was nothing short of amazing. He reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, I’ll fix it.” True to his promise, within just two days, the issue was resolved, and the car was returned to me in perfect condition.

I’ve never had such a fantastic experience with a car dealership before. Oliver’s professionalism, dedication, and customer care were outstanding. I highly recommend Revilo Group and especially Oliver for your next car purchase.
