Sargeants Opiniones

Professional, friendly service from Patricia, Jack and Dean who all kept us informed with regular contact throughout the entire purchase/sales process.

Very receptive to customer feedback and they took on the sale of our property when the sale with another Estate Agent fell through, to reduce the chance of our respective purchases collapsing.

Happily we completed on the sale and both of our respective purchases with Sargeant's.

Great service, Patricia and the team couldn't have done more to assist with the purchase. Very happy.

Excellent service from a great team, they have passion for the job and deliver on their word.

We bought a house through Sargeants in December 2019. We dealt with Patricia who was always friendly and professional.

Our offer was accepted quickly and our expectations With regards to the process of the purchase were managed from the outset.

Patricia frequently liaised with ourselves and the sellers ensuring that we were updated at all times. This was particularly helpful as our purchase fell over the festive period.

We had actually been trying to buy our first home for many months but had had several transactions fall through.

In our experience Patricia and Sargeants were by far the most efficient and honest agents that we had dealt with and we would recommend to any other buyers.

Really excellent service from Dean at Sargeants for our recent W5 house sale. Sargeants seem to have cornered the market not just in the St Mary's Road area of Ealing, but even down to our exact street (5 out of the last 6 sales I think), and for us this was nothing but a good thing. Their hyperlocal expertise resulted in sensible (but still ultimately pleasing) pricing advice in a nervous market, and a rich pipeline of potential buyers which led to a very fast sale. The whole project was super-smooth and done at a very fair rate of commission, with Sargeants seamlessly handling various logistical extras (house clearance, maintenance …) as we were managing the sale remotely. Thanks!

great combination of professionalism and well earned confidence.

I looked into going with an online agent but Sargeants seemed to be doing brisk business in the local area and after meeting up with one of the partners, Dean, I decided that it was worth the extra to go with this traditional bricks and mortar agency and I was not disappointed. Would recommend.

Very professional, responsive and particularly impressed with attention to detail as they helped to sell our house during difficult market conditions. A cut above other Ealing estate agents.

These guys are great, straightforward, no rah rah, just genuine customer service and customer care. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service, not pushy at all, always there to help and the whole team are fantastic. Dean is very good and you can tell his ethos carries through the company. Graham looked after us throughout our sale. Graham was amazing, nothing is a problem and he is patient and understanding which is important through the stressful period of moving, selling and buying your home. Graham has years of experience as does the rest of the team, so as well as advice they have a wealth of industry contacts that they can introduce you to if you need additional help with the move.

Can’t speak highly enough

Thank you Sargeants

Very professional service from a first class estate agent. from initially showing us around the property, putting in and having our offer excepted to our completion and purchase. I will be definitely be recommending Sargents to all my friends and family.

So far i have been very happy with the very professional and efficient way that Sargents have dealt with me. Recently they have replaced the worn out carpets with new lino and carpets and they have also removed all the polystyrene ceiling tiles and refurbished the ceilings.
They have always dealt with any repairs that needed doing promptly . The property manager (Andrea ) has been outstanding in dealing with our tenancy compared with the way I had been treated by the previous property mangement company i have been with.
I will recommend Sargents as a good company to rent with.

excellent service. friendly, quick, responsive. very pleased.

Very pleased with the service Sargeants has provided to us. Imogen Bradley was very productive/proactive in finding our rental property and understood exactly our requirements. Andrea Thomas in the management team has been very responsive to our maintenance needs and has resolved any issues we had in a timely and professional manner.

Very good experience. Response are fast and efficient with Andrea Thomas

Sargeants have been a brilliant letting agent. We haven’t needed to get in contact often as the property has been let to us in great condition, but when we have needed to get in touch Andrea has always been there for whatever we need and willing to go beyond the call of duty for us. If we were looking to rent a property in the future Sargeants would definitely be the first place we tried!

Our experience with Sargeants so far has been fantastic. Having dealt with multiple larger property management companies over the years as tenants, we almost expect to have to chase and pester in order to get anything arranged, but our property manager Andrea is always very responsive and proactive about resolving any issues we have. It's a refreshing change to send off an email and know that we'll get a reply (and a friendly one at that) and subsequent action as soon as she's reviewed it. You are noticeably different to your larger competitors... in a very positive way.

Professional and to the point
All dealings with them has been very professional and I feel they are looking after my interests in the dealings with tenants.

My experience with Sargeants has been great, in particular dealing with Angelika.
