At renewal Andrea negotiated not only an afforadable rent but repairs that were desirable and not just a nessiatey. The process was smooth, my phone calls were answered out of hours without delay and she always delivered on her promises. Andrea is a credit to the business and I know that I am in safe hands if I need anything in the future.

Andrea Thomas is a very professional and personable lady. She is very hard working and honest with work that needs to be required. She manages lots of property’s and is very supportive in handling the process. Would definately recommend Andrea and the company.

Andrea looks after our flat, she is easy to approach, gets repairs done swiftly, listens to your needs, liaises with the landlord and always comes to an amicable decision especially at renewal time.

It has been a delight dealing with Sergeants.
Efficient, communicative and very professional.

I can confidently recommend the lettings team, they are polite and professional and offer an excellent customer service.

Very experienced team, long standing local knowledge – Gary's looked after my properties for the last 22 years, he's now at Sargeants – bonus! Check out the Northfields branch, very stylish.

We've been renting through Sargeants for nearly a year now, and their property management services are second to none. Andrea is beyond helpful, and always at the end of a phone or email if needed.

We've had a number of issues with gardeners, and building work next door, and she's been very diligent in her support. Would have been a completely different story without her.

Andrea provides an outstanding property management service, handling our large and complex portfolio with excellence. I highly recommend to landlords and tenants, as well as to contractors working in related trades.

Andrea takes her responsibilities extremely seriously. She is completely committed to providing the best possible level of service to everybody, often putting herself and her family out to go beyond the call of duty.

Andrea also works in a highly proactive way, taking care of essential matters before they become overdue and very often identifying and addressing budding issues well before they become serious problems.
