Received not the category ordered!
ordered center tickets and got different seats category.
When asked to solve the mistake they just refunded 10 pounds for category difference without a proper solution or trying to exchange the tickets.
If i knew i won't receive the seats i ordered, would never order from them.

Watch out this company.

very good, tickets arrived on time cannot fault in any way.

First experience to get football tickets for a premium match (Arsenal - Liverpool) with quite short notice:
+ The site did have such tickets (certainly no easy bet!)
- It was damn expensive (market forces...)
+ We requested the delivery to a hotel, the site checked on our reservation before sending anything: very serious!
+ Delivery was perfectly on-time (3 days before the match), explanations were crystal clear
- The warning about « not asking help to any officials », and « pretending it was given by a friend or colleague » should we be asked questions, made us feel quite uncomfortale (I still don’t know the exact rules about membership cards, but that doesn’t seem completely legitimate...)
+ Still, on D day everything worked like a charm: turnstile automatic access granted, no question from anyone, seats available... on top of that the match itself was pretty good and the atmosphere & the fans songs were terrific!
+ Last mission was to post the membership cards back: fair enough...

Despite i asked a lower tier tickets to Arsenal VS Liverpool match and i have got an uper tier tickets in a very high seats you gave me a good service from the minute i had contact your site untill the minute you got the membership tickets back

Tickets arrived in plenty of time, good seats and good value for money. All round excellent service.

Fake tickets for the west ham match. Avoid them they are fake

Didn`t have a chance to buy a ticket, when you click buy a ticket for particular block it says sold out. Tried many times. One time for just a test purposes, a clicked 'buy' straight away after website opened, all blocks sold out :-) I`ve asked online help center how does it work, they replied 'usually the wide categories are more available then the specific blocks'. When I asked, if specific blocks are just for marketing reasons and do you actually sell only random tickets they put me in the queue and... never replied :-) This is simply misleading the client trying to convince him to buy any ticket quickly because in few seconds they will all be sold out.
I checked wide categories, but found much cheaper tickets elsewhere for the same categories.

All was very well organized. The delivery was precise and fast.
Seats excellent.
