Great experience ! The tickets were delivered to the hotel and the places were where we expected ! I would recommend this site to everyone !

Very good customer service. Highly recommend.

Everything operated exactly as they said. A lot of the literature/information is very much pitched at tourists to the UK, but once I worked that out it was all fine.

SCAM. ordered 3 tickets. Every other decent ticket site puts a disclaimer about not adjacent seats. They put it under “terms and condition”. When I received non adjacent tickets the chat person only told me to send email and said she is from another department. I sent email asking for help and they replied with legal threats about defamation. Anyhow, their departments are not in sync since another one sent better tickets after my email. Rude, aggressive, bullies. Know zero about customer service. Tickets cost around $43 and they sold around $100 and sent copy paste replies. They don’t have a phone number and for a reason.

- The tickets arrived in time to my AirBn.
- The cards had someone else's names on them, but no one checked at the stadium.
- My friend and I got adjacent seats.
- We paid a lot for our seats, but they were much further back than we thought. This was highly disappointing since we might as well have just watched the game on TV.

Wir bestellten Tickets für Liv-Bour. Wir konnten die Tickets an der angegebenen Örtlichkeit beziehen. Zum Glück schauten wir noch vor verlassen der Örtlichkeit die Tickets an. Prompt erhielten wir die Falschen. Aber der Umtausch verlief problemlos. Wir hatten Tickets für die Langeseite bestellt. Diese erhielten wir auch. Effektiv sassen wir aber ungefähr zwei Meter hinter der Torlinie. Was aber in der Anfieldroad kein Problem ist, da man von jedem Platz einen guten Blick aufs Spielfeld hat. Auch das Retournieren der Tix war problemlos, da wir diesbezüglich genaue Instruktion und vorbereitete Couverts für die Retouren erhielten. Somit waren wir alle zufrieden mit den Tickets und dem ganzen Ablauf.

I had some problems recieving tickets on my e-mail. Customer support was excelent! Problem solved without any complications.
Although tickets were purchased just three days before the sold-out game the tickets were great!

Received ticket passes in good time and had no problems using the passes on the day. Returned passes using pre paid envelope . Received confirmation that passes returned safely.Would use this site again.

Absolute and utter rip off. Was bought a present for my birthday by my girlfriend, sadly she's not aware what football tickets should sell at so she bought from these cowboys. Paid literally double what other ticket sites are offering and around 8 TIMES more than the face value (tickets haven't even sold out).

The service was okay but it's was expensive

Terrible service. Paid for tickets, delivery and service charges, hotel and flights to Liverpool and then they automatically cancelled my order due to being "let down by their suppliers". Totally unacceptable they should have known how many tickets they would be receiving before taking payment. Complete scam.

I ordered an Arsenal ticket as a birthday present for the 1st of January. Despite complicated delivery conditions at that time of year, everything went extremely smoothly and my son was delighted!

Seats was too high like watching football from plane and price was like for top seats.

Excellen service, send the tickets to my hotel in London, seats were beside each others, but the thing I did not like is we should send back the plastic card to them in less than 24 hours after the event, it was stressful for me. I preferred if they sent me a ticket instead of plastic card, so I do not get in trouble after the game.
Anyway, I will buy anorher ticket for different game in future

Don't trust this company. If you choose (and pay a lot of money) for a category then they will give you the worst (for them the cheapest) seats in that category!

Great service, the tickets waited for us in the hotel, the entrance to the stadium was smooth, we've returned the tickets using the return envelope provided by Seatsbay.
