Excellent product / service
On a small back yard garden apartment new build, Senville responded to me quickly when my contractor was suggesting too much BTU capacity for the size of our space. This helped ensure we used the appropriate unit for optimal operation. City permit approval of that was further supported by prompt added info from Senville. Excellent product/service.

Heat pump itself is a great system
The mounting bracket on the other hand is a cheaply made bracket that we didn’t use
