The customer service is top shelf
I purchased an 18,000 BTU heat pump after the technician installed it we noticed it wasn’t working properly.. not real heat would come out of it of AC . The technician dug in and did some troubleshooting and found there was a small pin hole in the coil of the outside unit. I contacted customer service and within 4 days they had a new unit to my door. I couldn’t be happier with the service people or how nicely this unit work. I’m building 8 more cottages and everyone with have A senville!!

I was totally impressed with how fast delivery was
I was totally impressed with how fast my 12000 BTU Aura mini split was delivered. Ordered one day, received delivery the very next day in Ontario.
I hired an HVAC contractor to evacuate and charge the lines after I did the install. (I am an Electrician)
All parts were carefully packaged and no damage at all. This unit was installed in my garage and is working fantastic, nice and quiet, not surprises. Highly recommend dealing with Senville!

18,000 BTU Leto mini-split
We wanted an A/C unit. I wanted the mini split style so we didn't have something bulky in the front window, or have to find a place for it inside the room.
The family room is 15' X 27', and connects to the front foyer and a 4' X 20' hallway. The son of a neighbour, who works at HVAC, recommended the Senville brand. He suggested that you're better off with something that's actually a little over-capacity for the space, so it's not running nearly full-out all the time.
I looked around at a couple models, and sources to get one from. Best Buy had this 18,000 BTU Leto model, which had good reviews. It had 'Inverter' technology, which all the best ones do.
Their 'sale' price was $1,699, and their ad claimed that amounted to a savings of $2,300. But when I went directly to the Senville website, the same unit was $1,399, and that included shipping!
The purchase was easy, and four days later I had the two large, carefully packed boxes. Wanting the job done professionally, I hired my friend's son to do the install, guaranteeing that it would work properly and the warranty would be honoured.
This model also has heat pump, dehumidifier and fan-only functions. As our home relied on baseboard electric heat and a wood stove, I've been told that there should be a considerable savings on electricity costs.
So cold and heat when you want them, reduced humidity, and at less cost...plus the noise from the main unit is outside. Gotta love that!
