My order was place but put on hold by…
My order was place but put on hold by there security for a week with no communication, after I called to locate my unit I was told no shipped yet got that straightened out to I would get email when shipped never did. Got unit couple days after then almost 2 weeks after I got my unit got update email saying status of my order update to shipped. But the unit is very nice works very well and good quailty

When on Follow Me
When on Follow Me, temp cannot be changed. It is a pain exiting FM to change temp & then connect to FM.
When the outside fan stops turning, there is still a slight smell similar of an old baseboard heater. Since beginning to use air, this unit has cost me $$$. Warranty minus 10. Senville NOT recommended.

Service tech was great. Listened to problem description and verified the solution. Part was covered under warranty and was shipped same day. Part arrived quickly and was installed by my service tech the same day. Unit is back up and running. Thanks again to all involved

Great product - the process could be improved
Overall a great experience and the product performs as expected so far for cooling. We are very interested to see how it performs in the winter. Ordering direct from Senville was easy but having to complete an authorisation form to have it shipped to a different address from the billing address seemed a bit odd. Installation was super easy but the most difficult part was actually finding a contractor willing to install equipment they did not supply. After calling six local contractors I finally found one willing to do the work. I think it would be in Senville's best interest to build a network of contractors that are interested in doing this type of work to simplify the process for the customer. As it was, I was able to find a contractor but they were not approved to be able to submit the Ontario rebate documents which was disappointing. Overall good experience, great product so far and with a little work on the process, the rating would easily be 5/5.

A solid poduct
A great product that was straightforward to install with the assistance of an HVAC tradesman. Also had the electrical done by an electrician. Delivery was spot on and no damage.
