Uniquely stylish and functional
Amy, the sales representative who assisted me in the purchase of this coat did a stellar job. I knew when I ordered the coat, that it was both functional and very stylish. I also knew it would not keep me warm in the Montana (USA) winters. But, once I sewed a US army winter parka liner into the coat it is a dream to wear.

Hi Wayne. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the shipping rates. As we are based in the UK, shipping to Canada is much more expensive. We do try to absorb these costs as best we can.
Easy website - quick delivery
My order arrived quickly after placing the order. Easy checkout experience and easy to use my loyalty points - something that’s not always that easy with some other sites. The loyalty scheme is generous and offers good discounts off your purchase.
Customer service, if needed, is responsive and helpful.

At the time of ordering, the goods would have noted an approximate shipping timeframe of 3-5 days and we usually get in touch if it goes beyond this advised timeframe. Order took 7 weeks to arrive, customer service made contact twice within that time. The simple fact of the matter is if a product is not available to the seller it should be marked as out of stock on the website.

Hi John. Upon checking, a member of our customer service team emailed you notifying the product you selected stated on our site at the time it would "ship in approx. 7-10 days". Unfortunately with a stock delay on the item and a bank holiday, it was longer than we anticipated and was just over 3 weeks. Once dispatched, the item arrived with you the next working day. Apologies once again for the delay. Any goods we do not hold stock of note an approximate shipping timeframe above the add to basket button, whereas if they are in stock, it should note "in stock, ready to ship". We always aim to keep customers as up to date as possible and if there are any goods required urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us.

It's a belt but better!
Good price easy to follow and purchase web page, delivered on time. As a belt of the elastic type it bends / flexes as you go about your day all good give them a try!
